Beautiful home. Great location. The house was very well equipped with everything you could need. The veranda overlooking the spotless pool and the canal was our favorite spot to relax.

Wonderful Home!!

My wife and I stayed at the home for a long holiday weekend and it was amazing!! The location is perfect and close to the beach. The home is as described and very clean with a wonderful pool and the garage has bikes and beach equipment. We highly recommend and would stay here again!!

February break stay

The house has a wonderful location. You can walk or ride bikes to the beach. Beach gear is provided and in good shape. The beach was beautiful and sunsets incredible. The house is also walkable to some great happy hours and restaurants. The pool was nice after a morning at the beach. We would stay in this house again.

Great location

This was a lovely home. It was accurately described and was more well equipped than any home I’ve ever stayed in. It is exactly a ten minute walk to the beach access and a short bike ride away from anything else you might need. The pool was perfect and we spent most of our time on the beautiful porch above it. We even got to see Manatees from the dock out back. The rental company was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again.

Great Place

Great size and clean house, has all the ammenities. Nice adn stress free communicaiton. Reccomned to go straight to house not go pick up keys at an office. I usualy go to the home i rent and the code should be sent to me to enter house in VRBO app like other homes.

Family of 7 LOVES Marco Island

Our family of 7 (4 adults, 3 children ages 4 months-4 years) just came home from this fantastic property on Marco Island. My husband and I have been visiting Marco since 2010 but have never rented a property or brought our children until this year. The location was absolutely perfect - walking distance to many of our favorite spots and a short drive to others. The pool overlooking the canal was fantastic. The house had every amenity we needed and then some. The check in process was easy, the host was gracious, providing extras like beach chairs, a wagon, bikes, helmets and more. We absolutely loved our stay!

Enjoyed the location and all the beach accessories!!!!. The management company was responsive and nice. Didn’t enjoy the Florida cockroaches. Wish the bedroom beds were different (room with closet should have the double/queen bed not twin beds) and wish the bathrooms were updated.

Location location location

This house is perfectly located close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, theatre, mini golf, and ice cream shop. We stayed with our daughter and her two friends (age 18). The house was laid out with their bedrooms and bathroom on the other side of the house. Wonderful privacy for us. We had our bedroom and bathroom with access to the pool directly. They have everything you would ever need at the house, 5 bikes, towels, floaties, and beach umbrellas and coolers. Pack a swim suit and a beach dress and enjoy yourself, worry free! We will be back! Only add would be a bike lock. We were worried to take the bikes somewhere and not lock them up but it is very common on that island and we didn’t have any issues. Thanks for the great stay!

Great Stay!

We had a great time at this property! There was plenty of room. Four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property has a great pool. The temperature was absolutely perfect. It wasn't too cool for young children to enjoy. The house was supplied with all pool and beach essentials including puddle jumpers, pool noodles, rafts, etc...There is a beach wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas. The dock is very nice. The neighborhood is great. Very quiet. Excellent for a walk. Only a 4-5 minute drive to the south beach public lot. Even closer to the rental company to pick up the door code, making check in fast and easy. If I had to give any constructive feedback I would say that the home could use a little fresh up such as a new coat of paint and a deep clean of the floor. However, these minor details would certainly not prevent us from renting this property again. We had a fabulous time! We hope to return next year!

Great Location

The location and responsiveness of the management company were phenomenal. The issue was, for me, that the floors were so filthy that I had to wear shoes all the time!! I don't think the grout on the inside floors or showers has ever been cleaned. The outside pool and viewing area were so filthy that when getting out of the pool we had to immediately put shoes on because our feet would get so filthy. Bugs were minimal. The bathroom window wouldn't close completely (window handle stripped) and there was a cold spell when we stayed which resulted in a very COLD bathroom. Yard was unsightly. All rock with black fabric pulling up from underneath. Looked low income. Perfect location. Centrally located to everything. Provided bikes, beach chairs, paddleboard, and other accoutrements were wonderful!

Awesome rental

All we can say is book here, you will not regret it! We first used VRBO for an Ocean City, MD vacation last year and thought we had the best place then; we were wrong! The bathrooms are a little dated, think 90s or early 2000s, BUT the rest of the house is BEAUTIFUL and it is extremely clean. Had a few minor issues the first day, and Horizons was prompt, courteous, and took care of everything. The two story patio with lanai is gorgeous! Bathroom access from the pool, which is a must. The patio has a breakfast bar with kitchen window access, great for drinks and meals. My daughter pretended she was at a poolside restaurant. House is beyond spacious, though we spent all our time outside relaxing on the covered patio or in the pool. Rafts and pool toys are at the house. Kitchen is well equipped with all you need for meal prep. The garage has every beach amenity you could need: toys, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, a wagon, not to mention bikes and helmets. You won't need the bikes for the beach, you get a parking pass for the Horizons parking lot which is the closest you can get to the public access Beach. You are also in the heart of everything at this home, while still having peace and quiet. Walk or drive to main restaurants, putt putt, and the JW for their sunset fire show. We also recommend the Dolphin Explorer Tour, Paddle Marco, Doreens, Empire Bagels, DaVincis, Marco Prime, Nacho Mamas, and the Dolce Mare chocolate and gelato shop in that same plaza. Snook Inn is more of a bar, very crowded, but definitely good if you like fish; I recommend the grouper! All in all, if you want to enjoy Marco Island without the noise and chaos of a hotel, this is your home away from home.

Marco Island - February, 2022

From the moment we arrived, and entered through the garage, using the garage opener, we were able to begin our vacation due to all of the amenities available in the home --- the new or like-new bikes, beach chairs, cooler, and wagon to cart every comfort down to the public beach, at the end of Winterberry, only a 1/2 mile walk away! Truly, the only items we needed to bring were our clothing. We ate our breakfast each morning on the porch, contained within the lanai, and watched the sun rise. Dinner was often also on the porch, watching the sun set, along with late evening TV viewing. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The only notes to the owner are to provide a few more reading lights within the bedrooms, on the "West Wing", a dresser in the yellow bedroom, and some more serving platters/bowls, all very minor additions. Everything else was provided for our use! Simply terrific! Thanks! Outstanding VRBO rental! *****. My only complaint is that I am unable to book again for next year! Ha! Nice Location

This is a great home close to the beach and other attractions. It was well equipped with everything you would need for your vacation. The rental company was very friendly and organized. This is a great choice for your stay on Marco Island.

Great Vacation Spot

Loved our stay here... Convenient location, excellent mgmt communication and very clean. We were pleased to have the boat lift and pool separated from the patio area with the kids. A baby gate placed at the top of the stairs and one at the bathroom door kept the 2 yr old nice and safe from the water. Thanks for a great family vacation...
