It was perfect for the two of us! Just walk right out the door and the large pool is just steps away! And the beach is exactly a two minute walk! The convenience is amazing!

The property was great! We were 100 yards from the beach, so very easy to get to. The only negative is that the only entrance was a patio entrance and the sliding door was very heavy and hard to pushOther than that, it was such a great place to stay! Would definitely go again.

Stayed in studio unit. Very nicely decorated and walk-in shower. Perfect for a couple. Easy access to the beach. Atmosphere is quiet and laid-back. Pool is decent size with tables and umbrellas. Donut shop and sandwich shop just across the street. Would come again.

The room was extremely clean and the host was very responsive and helpful. We love the location because it’s a very brief walk down to a private beach area and we were right outside the pool. It’s also very close to a breakfast and lunch spot and only a 5 minute drive from Seaside.

The location and room was great. A couple things that were not great was the mattress was lumpy. Need new mattress. And there was only 4 wash cloths for 2 people for the whole week and no laundry detergent. Also one pod for dish washer. The dish washer is very tiny so we did one load of dishes the first couple of days but in check out they ask for you to run the dishwasher with NO dishwashing detergent. Those little things go a long way with guest. And it’s an easy fix.

You can't ask for a better location - right on 30A on a gorgeous beach! The condo was decorated tastefully, had great light and has everything you could need in it. When you're standing on your patio, you can see the absolutely stunning emerald waters of the ocean. Enough parking for all the units and a beautiful pool area made the complex even better. We just had a small issue upon arriving (immediately handled by the host) and the small details with the cleanliness of the unit were less than desirable, but that won't change our mind about wanting to stay here again. I highly recommend this condo for your trip to the 30A area!

Cozy Weekend Getaway

This property was perfect for my weekend away. It is small, but cozy and well-equipped. The location was great for the 30A Songwriters Festival since it is about halfway down 30A.
