We have made sure to touch every detail and spare no cost to get this property ready for our guests to enjoy. Everything in this condo is brand new and we have made sure to choose quality products that we would put in our own home. You will NOT be disappointed by choosing our condo for your next vacation.
Salty-Kisses is an oceanfront ninth-floor condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! This unit is located in the exclusive gated community of Pinnacle Port at Carillon Beach in West Panama City Beach, offering privacy and security for you and your loved ones. You couldn't ask for a better location to enjoy your vacation. Less than 2 miles from Rosemary beach and 15-20 minutes away from Pier Park in PCB.

This beautiful 2 story unit features two bedrooms each with their own bathroom located on the upper level and the family room, kitchen, laundry room and 1/2 half bath located on the lower level. This condo is perfect for a private beach getaway with family or friends that sleeps 6 people comfortably. We make sure to provide you with high quality linens that we use in our own home.

As you step inside, you'll be amazed by the gorgeous property that has been fully remodeled in 2023 with high-end finishes, new appliances and new furnishings throughout with brand new 55inch Smart TV located in the family room.
Enjoy the stunning views of the gulf from both balconies, which offer space for dining and relaxation. The west-facing location is perfect for capturing the stunning sunsets over the emerald water.
Our tower has 3 elevators that make your trip down to the pool or beach more enjoyable without the long wait.

Take a short walk or bike ride to the downtown Carillon area where you'll find dining and shopping options. You'll have access to all the amenities the community has to offer, including indoor and outdoor pools, four tennis courts, a fitness center, basketball court, men’s / women’s sauna, outdoor grills, playground, bocce and shuffle board courts.
As your host : We will provide 5 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas for all of our guest during your stay along with 6 beach towels. The less you have to pack the better. Also enjoy access to Lake Powell complete with a dock and boat slips. The Kayak and canoe rentals are located at Saint Helen State Park just across the bridge close to Pinnacle Port. You and your family will have plenty to do if you so choose. Carillon offers free concerts throughout the week as well as Sunday Church service in the Chapel. Salty Kisses will be somewhere you'll want to come back to year after year. A little hidden gem that you will only tell your close friends about so that you can keep it all to yourself.

ALL Guests renting between Memorial Day- August 1st will receive FREE Beach service daily during your stay at Salty Kisses.
2 Chairs and 1 umbrella will be included in your rental. If you would like to rent additional chairs and umbrellas you can do so through our local beach service.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Wash and return Turkish beach towels to the boat where you found them.
Rinse off any sand from beach chairs and toys before returning them to the closet.
Feel free leave any UNOPENED drinks or food in the refrigerator.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING INSIDE UNIT OR ON BALCONY you will be subject to a $300 fine.
NO BOILING OF ANY seafood on the stove. Seafood smells are very hard to remove from a unit this size and there are wonderful seafood markets near by.
Beach chairs and towels provided must be clean and returned to the closet upon departure. Broken or missing items will incur a $50 fee per item.

This condo delivered on every front. The location was perfect - easy access to everything we wanted without feeling like we were in the middle of the chaos. The unit itself was spotless and well-maintained, which honestly makes or breaks a vacation rental for me. No unpleasant surprises when we walked in.The amenities were genuinely great. The kitchen was well-stocked and the heated pool was a highlight as was the bar/grill at the pool. And the beachfront access and views were amazing.Logistics were seamless. Check-in was straightforward, the host communicated clearly and promptly, and the listing photos accurately represented the space - no creative angles hiding small rooms or dated finishes. Family Beach Trip

We had a great week staying here. My 3 year old daughter loved the place, she literally said "this place is so beautiful" when we first entered. We loved spending time down at the beach and it was so easy to get from our room to the water in moments. A great view and a great trip, definitely recommend.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here, a lot of care went into the renovations and nicely decorated. Our host was very accessible and even when verbo had issues the day before our arrival she made sure to contact me personally to make sure I had everything needed for check in. I would love to stay here again when we get a chance. The only thing I would suggest adding would be a tv in the 2nd bedroom for the kids to use at night.

This place and Tamra are great. Everything was well taken care of and great beach access.Tamra has everything for beach fun responds quickly and makes sure you have everything thing you need. Defiantly a place to consider for your next vacation. If you are looking for activities outside of beach stuff check out Cypress Springs Eco Adventure. You will not be disappointed in this rental or the tons of activities.

This is a beautifully designed and maintained property with gorgeous views directly to the beach. You can have your morning coffee on the deck and listen to the waves. Can't say enough good things about our stay here!!! We were looking for a place with easy beach access and views of the beach. This place was exactly what we were looking for. It was well decorated and very clean. It was well stocked with the basics that you would need (ie. spices, towels, beach chairs, etc.) It made our trip much easier! Tamra did a great job with communication leading up to and during our stay. If you're looking for easy access to this private beach, I would recommend staying here!

Condo was just as pictured, updated, clean, & has wonderful views of both the ocean & the adorable Carrillo neighborhood. Condo was quiet, we hardly heard anything which made sleeping so nice! We had plenty of room with two good size bedrooms. The laundry room & half bath was great as well. Tamra was very communicative & checked on us to make sure we got in ok & had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay more than words can express! Everything at Salty Kisses was top notch. The decor, the cleanliness, the comfort, the location, the views! The atmosphere was just wonderful. Tamra was so awesome to work with from day one of us booking. The beds were so comfortable and we had plenty of sleeping space for our group of 7 (4 young kids). We had everything we needed while we were there whether it be cooking in the spacious kitchen, playing on the beach, relaxing in beach chairs, nets for catching crabs and even a cooler for our pontoon rental day. Traveling with four kids can be a challenge but Salty Kisses was truly a home away from home for us. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful condo on the beach

This condo unit was newly updated and beautiful! It’s on the 9th floor giving a great view of the beach from the balcony. The owner was very responsive with communication from the beginning and throughout our stay. The owner provided beach chairs and umbrellas which we used each day. The condo is filled with everything you need and extremely clean! The area has easy access to great restaurants and shopping as well as golf courses. We look forward to returning to 30A and will definitely recommend Salty Kisses condo to our friends/family!

We chose Pinnacle Port because we felt like we were on our own island away from all the chaos and we could take in the breath taking views of the gulf for miles and miles from every window of our condo.

Our property is extremely unique because we have taken into account everything we would want available to us if we were renting the condo for our own family. We want it to feel like your home away from home but better because you're at the beach.
