Renter Beware

The first thing you'll notice is the dirty front door, and it does not get better upon entry. Very unclean. Had a roach crawl across my foot in broad daylight. They had an exterminator come out, and in the process of pulling the furniture out so he could spray thoroughly we found a condom from a previous guest behind the bed. The office was helpful in getting the exterminator and fixing the broken ice maker in the freezer, but not helpful enough to offer a new place to stay. The 'mop' they say is available to clean the floor is not one you would want on your floors. We had to go and buy a Swiffer Wet Jet. It was extremely convenient for dogs, and a quick walk to the beach, which was wonderful. That being said, I would not and could not recommend staying here.

I went to the office to check in that was around 2, in the description and email that they sent me in the contract it said that I would check in at 3 and check out at 10, I arrived at 3 and I still haven't They let me in to the property, as it wasn't ready they were going to let me in between 5 and 7 pm meanwhile I have to wait and they would send me a text, that is, they are fraud because in the post that promotes the property they do not let you know that they do not give you the property until the time they want, the property is fine, I only complain about that bad communication and how bad it happened because I entered the property at 7 pm and not at 3pm, they are frauds!!!!!

Close to the beach but wouldn’t stay again

I had to clean the floors upon arrival I’m not sure anyone even touched them… plus the WiFi would not work I couldn’t get anyone on the phone so I sent an email and never received a response. Property is a short walk to the beach and close to the boardwalk and other things but the two blocks to the beach didn’t seem like the best area.
