* Each condo is allotted 1 parking space on a first come, first serve basis.
(There is additional paid parking available nearby at Geronimo RV or through the Way Parking App)
* The following vehicles are prohibited: specialty motorized vehicles, including trailers, RVs, boats, golf carts, scooters, and other small specialty rental vehicles.

Enter condo D102 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo sits on the ground floor and it is located on the west end of the property. Stepping outside onto the covered walk out patio, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the walk out patio!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 6. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 king size bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 6 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

We love this unit! It checks all the boxes ... ground floor, decorated adorably, and fully stocked with every item you can imagine needing at the beach - and then some! The recent update with new cabinets, sinks, faucets and floor just complete the total package!

Will Stay Again

We have been trying out different rentals over the years & each of them had things that weren’t ideal or a good fit for us. This one was perfect! We finally found a place that had everything we wanted. Just steps to the beach, no elevator, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, no crowded beach. Would recommend this property to anyone! Loved that they provided detergent, multiple dishwasher pods, dish soap, multiple trash bags, etc. That really helped us since most places only supply the first round. A nice touch that meant a lot.

Living just minutes away from the properties, we pride ourselves on being easily reachable and responsive to ensure you have a seamless and enjoyable vacation. We're passionate about travel and love helping our guests discover the best of what our beautiful city has to offer, especially when it comes to dining out—I'm always excited to share my favorite restaurant recommendations!

We run our rental business with a hands-off approach because we want you to feel at home and enjoy your time with your loved ones without any interruptions. However, we're always here for you, ready to assist with any questions, concerns, or even those unexpected maintenance issues that might pop up.

Whether you're here to unwind on the beach or explore the area, Corey and I are here to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and a smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with two grills is available at any time and is located next to the clubhouse.

There are also kayaks and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasails very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside and goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive you can access it by just walking across the street from the condo.

The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!

All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st - October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily, weather permitting.
