* Each condo is allotted 1 parking space on a first come, first serve basis.
(There is additional paid parking available nearby at Geronimo RV or through the Way Parking App)
* The following vehicles are prohibited: specialty motorized vehicles, including trailers, RVs, boats, golf carts, scooters, and other small specialty rental vehicles.

Enter condo B101 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo sits on the ground floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, tennis courts, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered walk out patio, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the walk out patio!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 7. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 twin bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 7 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the ocean with beautiful views right from the balcony. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. I truly enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset in the evenings. This place is a perfect mix of comfort and paradise, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

The happy place

Another year back at our happy place! While we have loved and stayed in a number of Jan’s units, B101 is our personal favorite. While everything is always clean (and that’s a biggie for me), the location is great and the beach set ups are very welcome, it’s the small things for us. Things like every conceivable kitchen gadget and usb ports in the living room and on each side of the bed.

I can't say enough nice things about Jan & Corey, or their condo. This was our 3rd year renting from them to stay in this exact condo and plan to continue doing it. We never have any issues and if we need something, their response time is amazing. Can't beat this first floor, walk out to the beach, condo!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location of The Beach house was perfect. Our room location was also perfect. Literally 5 steps out of our room and you are in the pool or on the steps to the beach! The condo came with all the amenities we could need and more! We will definitely be back!

B101 was great, a beautiful condo, very comfortable beds, everything was clean and comfortable.

We have been coming to The Beach House for 20 years now and we love it there. You can't beat the location, full Gulf front. The condos are always clean and comfortable. Jan and Corey attend to every need. B101 didn't have an air fryer and we mentioned that to Jan and the next day we came back from breakfast and found a brand new air fryer on the counter. Thank you Jan and Corey for everything. We will be back in October and looking forward to warm temperatures ❤

It was wonderful

Everything about Beach House and especially our condo was first class. Everything is new, clean and high quality. The location is excellent. Short walk to the pool, beach, shuffle board, club house, exercise room and mail room etc. The patio is set up so that you can sunbath when it is breezy and in the 50s. Very cozy indeed. The view of the gulf is amazing. Dolphins show up often. The Beach is the best anywhere. Always clean. We are coming back next year. Can't wait.

The Perfect Getaway

My daughter and I needed to get away for a vacation. This was by far the best vacation I’ve had in years. The condo was amazing. It was perfectly located with a beautiful view of the ocean and easy access. . It’s updated, clean, and had all the amenities that we needed. It is surrounded by many places to shop and nice restaurants. In addition, it was organized and we loved the layout and design. Will definitely look forward to coming back.

Great Beach Getaway

Spent a week here and wow what a location. Steps from the beach or pool, great views at night sitting on the patio. Condo has everything you need to cook a meal if you choose to stay in and close to restaurants / bars if you want to go out! Owner (Jan) contacted us when we arrived and during our stay to make sure everything was going good and working as it should. Would definitely recommend this unit and if we travel back to the area we would stay here again!

We loved our condo! It was perfect. We loved how close it was to the walkway to the beach.

The property was very nice. A security guard was always on duty. Overall a great place to stay. One of the best and we go every year. We will definitely be staying again.

Wonderful!!

Jan was so amazing in every way. She is very helpful with anything you need. The condo was a little stinky when we first arrived, and we quickly ran out of paper towels and toilet paper with 7 people. No biggie, Winn Dixie is very close! We will be returning next year for sure!

We're passionate about travel and love helping our guests discover the best of what our beautiful city has to offer, especially when it comes to dining out—I'm always excited to share my favorite restaurant recommendations!

We run our rental business with a hands-off approach because we want you to feel at home and enjoy your time with your loved ones without any interruptions. However, we're always here for you, ready to assist with any questions, concerns, or even those unexpected maintenance issues that might pop up.

Whether you're here to unwind on the beach or explore the area, Corey and I are here to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and a smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with two grills is available at any time and is located next to the clubhouse.

There are also kayaks and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasails very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside and goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive you can access it by just walking across the street from the condo.

The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!

All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st - October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily, weather permitting.
