Benvenuti in paradiso. Situato nella baia di comunità Sandpiper noto anche come quartiere Club Med nella splendida Port Saint Lucie in Florida. Circa 1000 SQFT con l'aggiunta di grande ritrovo all'aperto. A pochi minuti dal campo da golf (santi o Club Med). Le migliori tassi di golf! Breve guida alla spiaggia e molti ristoranti. Città di Stuart e Ft Pierce nelle vicinanze. Paradise offre un ambiente estremamente pulito, un quartiere tranquillo, (2) TV a schermo piatto da 55 "(con cavo e wifi), cucina completa e ufficio. Dimenticate l'inverno a stare con noi. Scendi e tranquillità!

An absolutely sterling experience! I'm new to using this site, but have had a number of experiences with rentals, and was supremely impressed with the home and the hosts. The place has tons of charm, is exceptionally well appointed, and the hosts were truly some of the best I've ever encountered. I can't recommend this property and hosts highly enough. Kudos!

Very nice neighborhood, safe and quiet, close to beach (approx 20 min to sea turtle beach), grocery stores and restaurants. House was clean and beach items were available which was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Quiet and Comfy

Nice property located in a quiet, yet conveniently located neighborhood. Very clean! Communication with property manager was quick and very helpful. I will definitely consider this one for future trips to the area. Note for people with lowered vehicles, the driveway has bit of a curb to get up and can present a challenge.

We stayed at the Beach House this winter. The house is well appointed, comfortable and close to everything you would need. The neighborhood is great for walking. The backyard offers privacy. The owner is very receptive to your needs. We would highly recommend this house.

Spacious escape in Port St. Lucie

Dan's home is immaculate. It's in a great location that is only a few minutes from major highways but tucked away in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. The home is spacious and very well appointed with everything a couple or a small family could need. Dan was very easy to communicate with and always very responsive. Would definitely come back to his home.

Very nice updated house

We enjoyed this house very much. The updated house is spacious, very clean, has EVERYTHING you need. The backyard is neat, has a BBQ grill, table and chairs. You can have a glass of wine and enjoy the breeze there. The host is very responsive, and very accommodating. We definitely will come back next time.

Our stay here was wonderful! The house and yard are exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the privacy of the backyard. Dan is very attentive and responded quickly every time we contacted him. We will definitely return.

Best Vacation Home Ever

Dan is a great host. We booked the house last minute for a pack&go trip. He immediately arranged the move in for us in less than a day time. The house is super clean, has almost everything we could think of, very quiet and friendly neighborhood, and close to the local restaurants, shopping center and beaches. We will definitely be back again in the future.

A slice of tropical paradise!

We were so impressed with this home and all that it had to offer! From the new appliances, fresh linens and fully furnished kitchen, to the tropical/ beach vibe decor, it was amazing! It was just what we were looking for. It has a large backyard space and patio that was very private with a gas grill provided. The owner was very responsive from beginning to end and very accommodating. We will definitely be booking this home again!

Newly renovated property

We rented this property again because the property is very functional for us. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully and nicely renovated. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was no shortage of towels and other bathroom accessories. Communication with host was excellent as usual.

The Summer getaway

Awesome spacious summer home. Equipped with washer and dryer which is a must to have. Big screen TV in living room and in Master bedroom etc. Enough room for a family of four or five, and fully equipped. Thank you for the service. I recommend this cute home for your getaway.

We rented Dan's property for 11 days in November. We are four guys from Canada who come to Port St. Lucie for a golf vacation every year. Dan's property is in an older area and has easy access to many places along Florida's original Highway 1 so you are never too far from dining, groceries, golf, etc The house itself is older but has had a complete remodel inside. There is an abundance of everything you could want from toilet paper, condiments, kitchen utensils, etc. much more than in all the previous homes we had stayed in. We enjoyed the backyard which is one of the better ones with a propane barbecue, patio table and easy chairs along with some very nice palms and trees to make it feel very tropical and hospitable. Dan was very quick to reply to a minor issue (we ran out of propane one evening for the barbecue). He had it there early the next day and was quick to answer any inquiry. We found his property to be reasonably priced versus similar places and a good fit for us and had a very enjoyable time. Lots of reasons to come back in the future!

Beautiful beach home

We loved out stay in this home. Loved the quiet neighborhood, loved the comfort of the home, the decorations and my favorite place the backyard. Spent a lot of time on the patio. Had some shade most of the day. So even though the days were hot when we were down there I was able to be outside most of the time. Would definitely stay there again. Dan gave good suggestions on things to do and restaurant suggestions. We did find a newly opened restaurant in Fort Pierce I would highly recommend called Island Beach Bar & Restaurant.

Bright and Clean Property

Another long term stay in this property and again full satisfaction. The place which is nicely renovated was clean and ready for us to move in. Dan, the host was always available on the short notice. Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms are great addition to open concept bright living and dinning areas. Large, flat screen TV in the living room and high speed wifi make this house ready for leisure and work stays. Safe and clean neighborhood where the house is located provides additional comfort.

Wonderful Property - true to presentation- highly recommend

Our stay was fantastic. Time in the house was restful and relaxing. The neighborhood is extremely quiet which we welcomed. I have rented many houses in FL over the past 10yrs and this is the first one that did not smell of mold/mildew. It was clean and well cared for. All appliances are top of the line. The house had pleasant unexpected thoughtful items for guests such as board games, beach chairs and a couple of extra thick and extra long beach towels. The kitchen had thoughtful items including filters for the coffee pot, tin foil and zip lock bags. A full grocery store is 1 mile down the street making it easy to accommodate special dietary needs for some family members. Dan is super friendly, responsive and helpful answering any questions you might have. There is a small binder in the house with all of the added details anyone would need. My entire family from CT to CO hopes to be able to stay here again on future visits.
