Excellent location and comfortable amenities. It is an older townhouse with some wear and tear but furnishings and kitchen amenities are well maintained. The location can’t be beat and we appreciated use of the kayaks and paddle boards. Would book here again!
The townhouse was in a perfect location. Everything was supplied.
The house had all we needed. Central to the main town and a nice quiet street.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The property was in adequate condition, though some low-quality replacements were noticeable—such as the ill-fitting shower heads that didn't match the fixtures. Upon arrival, we found only two partially used toilet paper rolls and no dishwasher tablets or laundry detergent provided. The beds lacked comfort, and the hot water system had a leak that dripped onto the roof above the main bedroom throughout the night, disrupting our sleep. I left a message with the property manager on day two regarding this issue but received no response. While the location is excellent—within walking distance of restaurants and bars—the property would benefit from some basic maintenance and attention to detail.

Hi Paul, sorry that you weren't happy with the property but appreciate the feedback. We are currently addressing these issues with the owners and the cleaners to improve the property. If you could please confirm the number you called on the 26th September that would be appreciated as we have no record of your call. Kind Regards MPHA

Disappointing. Dirty on arrival and Property manager was unresponsive.
On top of a filthy BBQ, a garage full of sand and no hair dryer I raised the following points with the property manager which to-date I have had no reply.
Hello MPHA.
Thank you for your email, we have checked in OK.
There have been a few housekeeping issues that we have had to address on arrival.
The sheets and pillowcases have not been changed on 2 of the bunk beds.
A pillow is missing from the main bedroom.
There are no tea towels and a dirty pink hand towel was left in the kitchen.
There was grubby glasswear in the kitchen cupboards.
There was used soaps left behind in both showers and in the cupboards under the hand basins.
There was also empty toilet paper rolls, toilet paper packaging, toothpaste packaging and toothbrush packaging left in the ensuite.
On arrival we had to use our own cleaning supplies, purchase new tea towels and spend the time required to clean up the mess that was waiting for us.
Please be rest assured that we intend leave the premises in a clean and sound state.
When you have had the opportunity I would appreciate a reply to my email.
