- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. Location good …. Residence facilities good…. pleasing to have a lockup garage. Plenty of room…. Regarding feed back, I have submitted an email with some comments, but forgot to mention that the surface of the dining table is sticky and the floor. Overall, very enjoyable stay.

Very nice house in a good location.

Lovely house in a good spot. Construction across the road, lawn mowing, rubbish trucks and other facilities for the neighbouring marina and villas, made having any form of sleep in pretty much impossible. We know that these things are beyond the control of the owner of the property.

Holiday home in Busselton

Property was ok but could have been cleaner and more welcoming ie dining table was very sticky, only one toilet roll per bathroom, beach towels that were mentioned but weren't there, no water in fridge, tiny useless tea towels. Also the one air con unit was insufficient for the space it was in and upstairs was very hot.

Good location, spacious and well equipped house. However, the utensils and floor were not properly cleaned. Knives were rusty and blunt. Otherwise, quite happy with the house.
