Welcome to Casa Sirenas Azul - The Blue Mermaid!
Surrounded by lush jungle, this community is a hidden gem located just 1.5 hrs south of Cancun Airport & just across the hwy from some of world's most beautiful beaches. Your vacation casa is within minutes of the Tulum Ruins, Xel-Ha Park, Dos Ojos Cenote, Akumal, Tulum City & so much more!
Whether you're traveling with your family, on a romantic trip for two or on a fun trip with friends, this area offers an abundance of options for everyone to explore. A near by village offers a taste of the local culture with amenities such as convenience stores, restaurants & markets. For larger shopping trips or to experience a taste of city life, Playa Del Carmen & Tulum are only short drives away.
This 2 bedroom home offers 2 queen sized beds & can comfortably accommodate 4 people with extra sleeping space on the spacious sectional sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans & A/C units to help ensure a comfortable space.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a rice steamer, crock pot, blender, coffee maker, toaster & all the little extras you'll need. There is even a washer/dryer for your convenience.
All towels & bed linens provided.
FREE WiFi is provided as well as a flat screen TV, DVD player & a selection of movies.
For long, lazy days around the casa, the back patio offers a private splash pool, a palm tree garden, outdoor shower & a Weber gas BBQ. The outdoor living space offers both sun & shade for your comforts.
Beach chairs, coolers & an umbrella are available for those tranquil days at the beach.
Beautiful Xcacel Beach is a private, unspoiled sea turtle sanctuary located directly across from Chan Chemuyil & is a perfect spot for a picnic lunch, a day at the beach or a long romantic stroll at day's end!
The Riviera Maya is also a Diver's Paradise with access to the Meso American Reef & the sacred healing waters of ancient Mayan Cenotes. The BEST of both diving worlds.

My name is Carey & I'm the owner of Casa Sirenas Azul.
Being born & raised in Alberta Canada, I longed for an escape from our long, cold winters. It was a simple stroke of luck or maybe fate that I learned about a little jungle community called Chan Chemuyil nestled in the heart of the Riviera Maya. My dream was realized & I embarked on the adventure of a lifetime.
I spent most of my adult life working with children & families as a Youth Worker/Social Worker & have always had an interest in culture, history & travel.
Two years ago, I decided to try scuba diving for the first time. One of my best friends is a dive instructor/shop owner in the area. I tried a DSD (Discover Scuba Dive) & have been hooked ever since. I now have 3 Dive Certifications, developed a love for the ocean's corals, am an advocate for ocean conservation/awareness & developed an avid interest in underwater photography.
Mexico has captured my heart !
