A place to stay. Not a vacation. Dingy.

Dim lights, hodgepodge of cooking pots, local parking very limited, building old, "AC" almost non existent, nothing "vacation" about the place, it was a place to stay.

Peaceful Stay

Nice property, peaceful and relaxing. Perfect location minutes from downtown Long Beach and easy access to the 405 freeway. When I had questions or concerns, i reached out to the Property manager and she was quick to respond and very helpful.

Great location in Bixby Knolls

Great location in Bixby Knolls, Long Beach area. Clean and safe area with local amenities a short walk away. Parking was easy and I found parking close to the condo each day. I enjoyed my stay. The manager was friendly and promptly answered my questions.

Great Place!

Took my kids to DisneyLand and we were very comfortable. Parking was a little difficult but we just parked on a different street. Safe area!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very convenient to where we wanted to be in Long Beach and was in a quiet area. Although the parking is on the street we never had an issue finding a spot close. Sylvia is very accommodating and helpful. The pictures are a good representation of the place. We thought it could use a bit of new paint and a little more cleaning around the baseboards but the overall stay was very good and we would recommend this place to others.

Great Apt for two in Bixby Knolls Neighborhood

My friend and I stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful time. There are two bedrooms with separate bathrooms which made the stay very comfortable. There is a great morning spot 15 min walk away called Steelcraft and a Trader Joe's less than 5 mins walk. The downtown strip was cozy and full of great food options about 10 mins walk away. Sylvia was very attentive when we had a couple of minor issues and was a great communicator and wonderful service. Highly recommend this apt for the cost and the neighborhood. Thanks again Sylvia!

Condo in Bixby Knolls

This is a nice space. The layout is good and the rooms spacious. The building feels secure. No dishwasher, no off street parking and a not very well equipped kitchen take away from the overall comfort, but these things could be fixed. I bought and left a toaster and some kitchen utensils that I needed over my two week stay. The flatware is very low quality. There is only a portable air conditioner, which was not hooked up. I think it might be hot in summer. It seemed to be impossible to get a park on the Elm, but there are other streets nearby. Laundry facilities are in the building, not in the apartment. No complimentary detergent. I also didn't particularly care for the polyester sheets, but the furniture and bedspreads are nice. I think that all these things are fixable and then it would be a really nice spot - close to grocery stores and a nice area of LB.

It was a pleasure hosting Frances, I always text my guest to ask if there is anything they need or missing to make sure their stay are comfortable and enjoyable. but unfotunatly she never respond to my text. other than that,she left the place clean and I would recommend her to other hosts.
