Very beautiful tidy home. Bedrooms were very nice. Master bedroom suite and bathroom were amazing, definitely enjoyed them. Didnt get to use tub but eh maybe next time. Like how everything was close and convenient. But overal for the time we did spend there, since we were out alot for basebsll games in Fort Myers, id definitely would consider staying there again.

Perfect escape from MN winter

We loved it the minute we entered. It’s not only beautifully decorated, but has everything a family might possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Management of the property were very quick to respond with the few questions we had and very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone and if return to this area would definitely stay with again.

I could not use the hot tub. I believe the hester had probability been disabled. Dince i could not use this advertised amenity i would epect a partial refund.

Hi Martin. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to hear that you were unable to use the hot tub. We checked with our guest relations team and the property manager for the house and they let us know that there was no report on file for such an issue during your stay. If you had reported the issue when you experienced it, we would have happily sent someone out to address the issue so you would be able to enjoy it. Unfortunately, due to the fact that it was never reported while you were here, and that our contract states that no refunds are typically given for malfunctioning equipment, we are unable to offer any compensation.

Evelyn's Palms is a beautiful home. It is lovely furnished with everything we needed for an awesome stay. We spent most of our time in the spacious lanai enjoying the gorgeous heated swimming pool and spa, along with having our meals in the dining area or chatting in the comfortable sitting area or reading and relaxing on the loungers. The kids and grandkids had a blast in the swimming pool. And the location is perfect - so close to shopping and restaurants. What a holiday!!! Thank you!

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus. Sehr gepflegt und alles in Schuss. Von Fahrrad über Strandstühle bis zur Luftmatratze war alles vorhanden. Wir hatten tolle 3 Wochen! In dieser Zeit wurden wir von SWF Rentals erstklassig betreut. Wir konnten uns immer melden wenn wir fragen haben. Es wurde stets schnell und zuvorkommend geholfen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder :)

First time using VRBO and the house did not disappoint. The pictures of the house were spot on and accurately represented the home. Everything you can think of to make your stay comfortable has been carefully considered by the owners. The house is very tastefully decorated and is spotless. Our teen boys enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day and fishing in the canal. We all enjoyed eating outside by the pool and morning and evening coffee on the outdoor furniture. The house is conveniently located to restaurants, the beaches and stores. The neighborhood the house is in is nice and quiet. Really made us wonder why we don't live there! Would highly recommend it.
