Restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, bars and 2 beaches all located within walking distance. Car, bike and golf cart rental available. Community pool, tennis, fitness and golfing. Fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Laundry. BBQ. Wifi. Beautiful views. Balcony’s. 35-40 USD taxi from airport. 30 min drive. Villa is available for full-time rental from May 1 to November 1 at a huge discount.

Great vacation/ great villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The villa is clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. Jolly Harbour is a great place to spend a relaxed holiday, the beaches are close and beautifully maintained. Sherry is a wonderful hostess.

The property was exactly as described - clean, equipped with all essentials, conveniently located in a secure community within close proximity to amenities such as groceries, restaurants and beaches. The check-in and check-out process was quite smooth. The host was very responsive and accommodating from the start of the booking process, right until the end. The housekeeper Nelly was such a pleasure to interact with - she was accessible and so warm and welcoming. We could not have picked a better property for our self-catering stay in Antigua!

Lovely comfortable and updated villa

The villa has been recently updated, with beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Feels like you are staying with a friend. The furnishings are comfortable and everything is in great shape. Would gladly stay here again! Property management was super helpful and friendly.

Beautiful Jolly Harbour

We had such a wonderful stay in Jolly Harbour! The property is really lovely - clean, beautiful decking out the back for sitting and eating breakfast on, cool A/C to make the nights bearably cool, and so many handy things on site in Jolly (restaurants, supermarket etc.) Hiring a golf buggy is a must (if not hiring a car) - getting to and from the South Beach wouldn't be manageable without, though the North Beach was lovely for a quick dip on a deserted beach! Great Villa

Villa as described very well kitted out with everything in the kitchen. and good A/C . Only downside is that it is located on the North finger at Jolly Harbour to far to walk to the main areas ie Supermarket. You will need a Golf Buggy. Overall good host and I would book again.

Everything you need

Sherry is a great host and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. The villa is well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and grilling in the well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed all the covered decks, upstairs and down, and the short walk to a charming beach, great for swimming and strolling. It's a longer walk or short drive to the large and gorgeous Jolly Beach.

Lovely waterfront property in gated community

Everything was fine except it would be helpful to have an information book, including how to get through the gates (we never got a pass for an 8 day stay), where restaurants are, expectations on how to leave the property when finished, and so forth. But we figured everything out except two flourescent lights in the kitchen that burned out and we could not replace.

Good accommodation

The property was clean and in good location.. no complaints generally but needs more utensils plates ect if a family of four were to use it... does need bit TLC here and there but nothing major extra mosquito door upstairs is a must as dont use AC in bedroom so air flow important with ceiling fan..... one thing wasnt really aware of theres no cable tv just Netflix and Amazon prime Not everyone has this but luckily brought own system to watch things when resting.... finally internet was the best we've had in 7 visits to jolly which made the stay almost perfect. ..theres a particularly need to look at what people expect in a rental property ... cater for that need and this would be really good property to stay at..... overall would recommend a stay here Joanne reliable in contact her (not always case here) owner sherrie quick to respond to any questions again always good thing.
