Located in the much sought after and gated Crystal Shores Villas development with it's luscious landscape, private beach area and marina. This back row condo is on Lakeshore Blvd with easy access to everything Incline Village has to offer.
You cannot go wrong when you stay at this newly remodeled 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo located in a gated lakefront community. This unit is located in the middle of the complex with lake views from the Kitchen, living room, master bedrooms and both decks. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that are located at entry level. The Master bedroom is spacious and includes a full bathroom, private deck with views of the lake, second bedroom has bunkbeds and a full bathroom in the hallway. Make your way to the second floor where you will find a beautiful kitchen that opens into the dining and living room with fantastic views of Lake Tahoe. And it does not end there, off the living room you will find a deck that gets drenched in sun and stunning view of "Big Blue" Walk down to the private beach and marina area and enjoy the amazing scenery of lake Tahoe. If you feel like taking a morning walk you can do the 4-mile bike path that is right out your front door. I can’t say enough good things about this place. This was our first trip to Tahoe and we couldn’t have asked for more. Close to everything including hiking and restaurants, and the little beach area was the cherry on top.

Perfect Lake View

We rented this property for the listed lake view. It did not disappoint!!! Being right on Lake Shore Blvd made for a beautiful and convenient daily walk.

Stunning views and perfect family property

Magical memories made, close to all the amenities, ski slopes and of course stunning views of the lake. Chefs kitchen. Perfect place for celebrating our little man turning 3 over winter break. Thank you, we’ll be sure to come again!

Terrific Experience!

The accommodations were exactly as described and exceeded expectations. Great views, clean, upscale home, new appliances and management co. was super responsive when I had a request to fix something minor. I will definitely rent this property again and suggest you give it a try.

The place was fantastic! Very clean and super well appointed.. The beds were very firm and clean.. we hung out on the deck a few evenings and turned on the fire pit.. very nice. The first day we walked down to the property’s common beach. Where we all passed out 😵 in the sweet patio chairs. All in all a super nice place..

Fantastic Lake Location & Digs

Loved the view & high end accoutrements. The three dog kennel next door, who were often off leash and aggressive, made my wife hesitant on leaving the unit to enjoy the grounds. The barking was loud and easily triggered by these bored dogs.

Wonderful.

Everything exceeded expectations. Everything clean and tidy and we found all we needed for our stay. I appreciated the organic shower products… that was a bonus. The beach and marina area was a nice place to relax in the evenings. So relaxing. LT is magical and so good for the soul. Thank you!!

Well appointed and comfortable

Condo is comfy and nicely furnished and equipped. Modern appliances. Fabulous views from upper deck. Nice gas fire on the deck also. Massive TV. Practically on the lake shore and only 2 minutes to town. No complaints!

Lakeside Bliss

We wanted to find a place that would give us the ultimate Tahoe experience to decide if Tahoe could be in our long-term future. This property was everything we hoped for and more-the perfect view of the lake, very well appointed, and so tastefully put together we would have loved to stay forever. Check in and out was a breeze. Until we can buy one of our own we will be back time and time again.

Great Stay

Very much enjoyed our stay! Great facilities! The condo was well furnished and we cooked several meals at home and had all of the needed pots, pans, utensils. Deck was gorgeous with a great fire pit. Property manager was very responsive when the door code battery was low. Had the battery changed by the end of the day. The main bedroom’s mattress was very firm. The second bedroom’s mattresses were more plush.

Beautiful lake view and beach area. Unit wasnt quite what we expected. Dated bathrooms, very dark in all rooms regardless of time of day, bedroom furniture too chunky and difficult to move around. Too many throw pillows taking up too much room. Contact with property management challenging. Made a few pre arrival contacts that were never responded to. Poor communication regarding several cable outages during our stay. Wasn't expecting both bedrooms to be downstairs and no bathroom on the upper floor. Downstairs felt like a dungeon. Over priced for the quality and size of the unit. Not everything i dreamed of based on pictures.

Great Views & Location

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this cozy condo in Incline Village, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. The views and proximity to Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains are wonderful. The condo was clean and well-maintained, with most of the amenities and comforts one could wish for. A TV in the master bedroom would be nice to have. However, the living room makes up for it with a very large TV. The host / management company was responsive and very helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Incline Village. The beautiful views, amenities, and unbeatable location make it the perfect place to relax and recharge.

Property Review

The property was very nice and well located. The only issues were there was no property or area description in the unit which is typical of previous stays. Also the smoke detectors went off on Saturday aafternoon for no reason so I called the property manager, who referred me to the on call maintenance man. He said he was out of town so take out the batteries. Which solved the issue but I thought if something serious happens and the on call is out of town then it could cause someone a problem. Overall we enjoyed it and woulld definitely return.
