Please pick up after your dog. Collect garbage and place in raccoon proof garbage. Message us when you have left from your stay. Have a great time!

Cozy Cottage

The property was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much, it was a good space for 6 people and 3 animals. There was a little problem with the check-in but the owner resolved it quickly and the relaxing stay at the property made up for it.

Sailing at the BCC

My sons and I were sailing out of the Buffalo Canoe Club for large regatta. The location was terrific with a short drive. Close to restaurants and the club. Everything we needed was provided and the washer and dryer are nice to have after a day of sailing. It was nice to come to a home that was clean. We really liked our trip to yout house.

Nice cottage, no problems

Host was thoughtful enough to supply us with eclipse glasses. The cottage is a bit of a tiny home, and there's very little noise isolation between the bedrooms, but generally found it cozy and comfortable. Nothing went wrong. No issues. No complex, detailed list of cleanup tasks like some places have, little more than just taking out the trash. Tiny nitpick: The cleanup instructions say to separate out recycling from trash, but there's only a trash can provided inside the living space. The recycling is only in a bin out back.
