Great room

This was a fabulous room to stay in. The host was polite friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen ws stocked perfectly was very clean and well decorated. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice location .. beach front..close to restaurants and grocery store. Unit had enough space for family of four with 2 kids and 2 adults. Wish the balcony wasn’t closed in. There are windows but way too hot during the day. We missed the sea breeze. Overall our family had a nice stay.

Perfect family condo

The condo was beautiful! It fit my family of 4 perfectly. We loved the beach view. It was very clean, and had everything I needed to cook a few meals there. We would rent here again in a heartbeat! Such a gem of a property.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this location middle of June 2023. Location & view were perfect! Condo was clean & spacious for a 1 bedroom. King bed was very comfortable! Grace the realtor was so helpful!

Nice place

The realtor told me I had to bring everything including iron and board, it was completely stocked, and did have an iron and board! It would of been nice not to drag everything, so I texted her so she knows.

Comfy Condo

The condo is a great home away from home. The decor is nice and beachy and just the right amount of furniture to move around comfortably. The couches and bed are very comfy for relaxing and sleeping. Our favorite place was the enclosed balcony with the rockers and Adirondack chairs. We loved watching the waves and beach prep in the morning and the moon over the water at night. Two heads-up items which we did not realize: 1. Weekly parking fee - $42 2. There is a K-cup Keurig at the coffee station and a small drip coffee making in the cupboard. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is amazing. The views of the ocean were beautiful. The pool was great. The accessibility to the beach was wonderful. The condo was close to many restaurants and Food Lion. The enclosed balcony was unusable even with the windows open, it remained very hot and humid all week with no air movement. The “den” is the first “room” you walk into. There is no A/C in that room. You would have to let the 2nd door open and the windows from the bedroom to get any A/C out to that room and I don’t know if it would be cool enough to sleep in during the summer. The AC units need cleaned or replaced. They ran the entire week in order to keep the condo cool. Communication with the realtor was great and she was very helpful. The parking was also very convenient.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The view of the ocean is beautiful. Enjoyed the beach, the pool, the place itself and its proximity to other things in Ocean City.

Beautifully decorated, beautiful view. Could have been cleaner as it appeared to not have been swept prior to our arrival. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. I would stay again.

Great spacious place with style

The property had everything you need to accommodate your stay. Full kitchen with everything you would expect at home, from pots, pans, utensils, toaster and serving sets. Ceiling fans in all sleeping areas and also on the outside deck made it so comfortable. Upgraded bathroom unlike the cheap hotel setups. Pool and beach access was so convenient. Parking has a one time charge and they do accept cash or credit card payment. There is a lot of extras provided at this property that are not advertised and definitely made it much more valuable. Great place I would definitely stay again.
