Silver Beach Towers 901E Luxurious decor, 4 bedrm with amazing gulf views!

SBT 901E offers the perfect 9th floor location... With 3 king bedroom suites and a 2-queen bedroom suite our condo sleeps up to 10 guests in the privacy of bedrooms! Three full bathrooms. Our corner unit condo has floor to ceiling windows on three sides! Here's a summary by room of our condo's features...

Living room... a comfortable sectional sofa provides plenty seating, 65" wall mounted ultra 4K high-definition Roku television with free high speed WIFI lets you to sign in to your own premium channel accounts (HBO, Showtime, Netflix, etc.) and watch them while you're at the beach! Just don't forget to log-out of accounts when you check-out.

Dining Room... Large new driftwood style pedestal table provides seat back dining for six, add the 3 counter bar stools and 9 guests can dine at the table.

Kitchen... Custom white shaker wood cabinets, white granite counters, all new upgraded stainless appliances. Thoughtfully stocked with upgraded pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils. Custom ceiling lighting in kitchen and hallways on dimmers lets you adjust for mood lighting.

Gulf side balcony... Large gulf front balcony with unobstructed water views. A large outdoor sectional sofa with ottoman provides comfortable seating for up to six! An outdoor table for four and two chaise lounges.

Master Bedroom, bedroom #1... a spacious and private retreat with king size bedding, floor to ceiling water views from the slip covered chair and ottoman, large 60" high-definition wall mounted television, full length dressing mirror, luxurious private master bathroom with double bowl sinks, granite counters, walk in shower, and a large soaking tub.

Bedroom #2... two comfortable queen-size full-length beds can sleep four adults in the privacy of a bedroom. This bedroom features its own fully updated private full bathroom (Bathroom 2) with a walk-in shower. High-definition wall mounted 50" television. Balcony access with views of Destin and the amusement area.

Bedroom #3... king size bed with a luxurious 14" gel mattress. Balcony access with views of Destin and the amusement area. Window views of the gulf of Mexico from the bed pillows. High-Definition wall mounted 50" Roku streaming television.

Bedroom #4... king size bed with a luxurious 14" gel mattress. Balcony access with views of Destin and the amusement area. High-definition wall mounted 50" Roku streaming television.

Hallway bathroom #3... custom white shaker cabinets with plenty of cabinet storage.

Laundry room... large capacity Maytag front load clothes washer and dryer.

Interior flooring... wall to wall custom driftwood plank porcelain tile floors in every room, closet and hallway. Not a stitch of wall to wall carpeting in the condo.

Daily Beach Service... Silver Beach Towers offers beach service setups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first setup is discounted at $30 per day, additional set-ups are $65 each setup per day. Beach service reservations are non-refundable once made but can be reserved online after March 1st once you email us your request for your beach service registration code. The above setup prices are determined by the SBT HOA and are subject to change at any time.

Free Parking... A total of four complimentary parking permits are available upon request. Every stay includes one assigned parking space in the gated garage and unassigned parking for up to three additional cars. Unassigned parking is on a first come, first serve basis.

Miscellaneous... 2,080 of interior air-conditioned space, plus a large gulf side balcony and a second city side balcony. We are on the end of the building with amazing views from three sides. Custom lighting with dimmer switches for adjusting mood lighting in hallways and kitchens. All sliding doors feature custom room darkening heavy drapery. In each bedroom you'll find plenty of wall hooks for hanging towels hats and jackets as well as a full-length dressing mirror.

Resort Amenities... Silver beach towers resort has two large swimming pools, two hot tubs, outdoor beach showers, a tennis court and complimentary gas BBQ grills. Building features include key fob access to the building's exterior locking doors. Interior hallways to all condos are carpeted and air conditioned. Two elevators service only three condos per floor. Please note that Silver Beach Towers does NOT have a fitness center and that travelers who need one should either consider a different resort property or purchase a temporary guest membership at a nearby third-party fitness center.


* SBT exterior building painting - As part of routine maintenance, the exterior of the buildings and garages at Silver Beach Towers are being repainted in 2025. The repainting of this condo's large ocean facing balcony and all of this condo's ocean facing windows were repainted in April 2025 so this condo's ocean facing views & large gulf balcony access will NOT be impacted for any guest stay after May 1, 2025. Our 2025 nightly rates have already been discounted up to 25% for any activity/ inconvenience relating to this painting project as it wraps up on the street/highway side of the building exteriors.
