A peaceful, uplifting gem in the most sought-after neighborhood in the newer part of Meridian. Walking paths, waterfalls, and parks. Oh my!

Located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Meridian, Lochsa Falls. This home boasts a movie room as well as a charming office on the main with the split bedrooms. The game room is located upstairs.

Costco and Winco are our new grocers we love. This side of Meridian is new and growing and there`s not a dull moment unless you choose it.

There are walking paths, beautiful parks and waterfalls right inside the hood. Get out and meet the locals. The neighbors are delightful!

Listed on September 4th, 2021, this home is fully available to you! There is a keyless entry on the front door for your convenience.

We try to give our guest plenty of space by providing an electronic check-in and check-out as well as personal space during your stay. However, if you have questions or concerns, we are just a phone call away.

You may want to take a leisurely stroll along the many walkways and pass by waterfalls and beautifully landscaped areas as well as the park with a covered area, frisbee golf course and lots of green space.

We have some new and exciting grocery stores. We are located right between Costco and Winco with Walmart being just up the street from Costco.

Bogus Basin is a mere 29 miles away. There are all kinds of exciting things to do there. Hiking, Roller coaster and lots of events during spring/summer/fall. Snow Skiing as well as snow tubing in the winter months.

Our 3 sons are all men now and we are suddenly empty nesters. A couple years ago, we knew this was coming so we began searching for a smaller home and we liked the idea of being near the Temple because we know that many people enjoy visiting the Temple as do we. This is the home we plan on using for our retirement. Our youngest is off to college and moved in with his older brother in Provo. We get to visit them as we travel around. Our other son is in Daytona Beach so, of course, we will need to visit him too.

Our favorite thing about this home is the back patio and how it feels like an extension of the home. We love to have our morning protein shake or hot herbal tea on the patio. We also like the firepit and the romantic flair it provides at night.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to be near the Temple and we've had several guests who came to see the Temple for various reasons. So, having a home near the Temple was a natural place for us to be. The reason we continue to grow our business is to provide guest with the best alternative to booking cheap hotels or motels near me.

When I took my boys to hotels, it was for the pool. We stayed in an expensive place and the pool was so chlorinated it burned their eyes and left them feeling ill for a whole day and night. I prefer vacation rentals over hotels all the time now. I wish I had known more when they were small but now I do and we will choose homes over hotels from now on. A 5-star hotel is extremely costly but a 5-star vacation rental is far less most of the time and has more space, more parking, more kitchen for cooking (Eating out all the time is awful), more rooms, more of pretty much everything. Breathing your own air instead of thousands of others' air is well, a breath of fresh air.
