Your high proficiency in providing top notch service exceeded everything else we experienced in Canaan Valley. I wish others would model themselves after your operation. Enjoyed our stay, only disappointment was the game machine in lower level not working, screen was not functioning. I would remove that from the listing if it’s not getting repaired, it was one of the decision points when narrowing down our choices for a place. I specifically asked about wood for fireplace and propane for grilling and was replied to with the contract language about neither being provided, though both were provided when we arrived. Would have saved us some money if I had bought a propane tank or firewood before arriving at the house

I would suggest warning people about the erosion on the long driveway especially if severe storms are predicted during their stay. Even with a 4WD the driveway required careful navigation and was a bit dicey in the washed out spots.
