Perfect condo

Our group ranged from kids 6-8 years old, adults and grandparents and it was perfect for everyone! The corner balcony is huge - we were there for the 4th of July and could see all kinds of fireworks from the balcony! Can’t recommend this condo enough, we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing view and location, but the unit itself was just alright.

The dishwasher was broken on the top rack and we had to keep fixing it, we never could get the tv to work in the living room and the rooms we’re just a little small for us. Overall we had a great stay.

Great this makes our 12th year we have had our parents 60th anniversary our son got engaged here. My wife last summer so we have a little history I guess you could say. 310 best. The new security code great idea and the place looked very clean The new Sand dunes in front of the deck in that area really really nice

Great location

We had a wonderful visit. The condo has plenty of towels, kitchen items and the TVs in every room is great. The only downfall was the elevator is small and very slow for a building with this many units. The building manager and staff were very helpful and sweet. We had a wonderful visit and hope to return next summer!

Holiday get away

Our condo was very spacious with gorgeous views. Clean if somewhat dated furnishings. A couple of small maintenance issues resolved very quickly. Melanie was very friendly and helpful.

Great quiet place to rest after 3 months of lockdown, Beach and pool and condo were calm and restful. Access to restaurants and ice cream in walking distance. Condo was nice and comfy.

Great Vacation!

We really enjoyed this property. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. You can't beat the view of the Gulf. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature, and the deck area was always nice and clean. I can't wait to book our next stay!
