This 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom private home is a short walk to City Market, The Grog Shop, and downtown Aspen. Enjoy relaxing in a quiet residential neighborhood that is on the free RFTA shuttle route with no need to use your own vehicle. The property is completely fenced in and dog-friendly (with an additional fee).
This Aspen private home features an open living space with a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. The main-level entertainment area features a new 75-inch Samsung QLED 4K UHD 7 Series flat-screen TV and a SONOs sound system. (The home has multiple flat-screen TVs, and the sound system is installed throughout.) The dining area accommodates eight people, and the primary bedroom comes equipped with wall-mounted air conditioning and a jetted tub in the en suite bathroom.
Downstairs is a media and entertainment room with a tournament-quality pool table, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a home gym. The home gym features a TRUE Treadmill, Deluxe TuffStuff Hybrid Home Gym, a TV, and a SONOs speaker. (Please note that the gym is accessible to persons 16 years of age or older.)
The second primary bedroom is located downstairs and has a dedicated office space, a TV, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Other amenities include an outdoor Jacuzzi for up to six people, a one-car garage with ski storage, air-conditioning, and a manicured patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill.
