Amazing, private and roomy cottage style detached house located in the popular Ocean Village Resort community of Parksville British Columbia. Located on Resort Drive beside the beach access to Rathtrevor Beach. Just a short pleasant walk away from unfettered beach access, sun and sand.

Our 1200sq. ft. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms cottage is equipped with a master suite on the main floor with an ensuite bathroom and queen size bed. Upstairs we have two twin beds plus another full bathroom. This loft space is perfect for guests and or children. Have extra folks or children? No problem, the sofa is a pullout queen mattress to accommodate those extra sleepers.

We have a wonderful back deck that is very private and awesome for enjoying that sun. Patio table, chairs and umbrella are provided along with a nice Weber BBQ for your grilling needs. Lots of natural light in cottage with wonderful vaulted ceilings to really add to the space.

The unit features a large kitchen with all the amenities of home, full size washer and dryer, and complete linen sets and beach and pool towels available for your use. There is also a large secure storage area for bikes, beach toys, skim and paddle boards and whatever else you want out of sight.

This unit provides a wonderful space for families and couples alike as this unit is quiet and peaceful year round. No neighbours to worry about above or below as this cottage is a stand alone residence.

The location here can’t be beat as you will be a short walk away from one of the most scenic walking/running/biking trails on Vancouver Island that winds its way through Rathtrevor Park while contouring to the ocean. The beach here is amazing with fantastic tidal pools and sundcastling fun. Enjoy the tide being out for fantastic walks, and views and enjoy some swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking when the tide comes in. Loads of excellent golf courses in the area, many of which are a 15 min drive from Resort Drive. Want to ski? Mount Washington is an hour North and offers a huge selection of runs and lifts.

Come, unwind and relax at one of the finest locations on Vancouver Island.
