Excellent location, within minutes of beach and Rathtrevor Park. Well appointed kitchen, with everything needed to cook and barbecue. Great views of park, ocean and sunrise from living space. Joyce is a wonderful host. Great communication prior to stay, and easily reached for any questions during the stay.

We had a wonderful week at this property. Steps to the beach, with mini putt/ice cream/bumper cars at the top of the long driveway - the kids were delighted! Large grocery stores were a short drive away. We loved staying here - thanks very much for hosting us!

Lovely spot right at the beach. Two decks to enjoy the view and the ocean breeze. Gas fireplace to quickly warm up on a cool evening. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The unit is updated, clean, and well maintained. It was roomy and the furniture is comfy and -- my personal fave -- the knives were sharp! The views of the beach and ocean, and of the forest, are wonderful. We had a terrific time!

Our getaway was absolutely fabulous, the place is exactly what you see on line. It's amazing, all the little extras, this place offers are appreciated. I always pack, the same little extra amenities, on all our stays, because they're never included at other places we've stayed, where every item and more that I brought myself, were already there..Joyce was lovely and quick to reply to any questions we had. I just wanted to point out to VRBO there's a glitch in your system, the dates are not coming up accurate, they're off by one day, our stay was the 6th to the 9th of May, regardless our stay was fabulous!!We will definitely be rebooking.Cheers, Karen

Once again our stay was fantastic! The cleanliness and comfort of the condo was outstanding as always. The proximity to both the beach and the forest is the biggest draw for us, although having enough bedrooms and beds for everyone is also of utmost importance. Communication with host was prompt, easy and pleasant as always.

Great family stay

Property is beautiful and beach is magical. Perfect location for family vacation and the condo is well equipped and set up for relaxing and space for everyone. Owner is lovely to deal with very accommodating. We will definitely be going back.

Spent 3 nights at the house in November. Good location. Easy access to beach. Joyce was in good contact and answered questions very promptly. House is well stocked and has a lovely warm gas fireplace. Beach is beautiful and there are some walking paths if you don’t like walking on the sand. A five minute walk to The Black Goose Inn which is a British style pub with really good food! Would return to this house again if in area.

The property was clean and well stocked. Proximity to the beach was my main criteria - walking distance was essential! I was concerned that we would be too hot, but each bedroom had a fan to keep us cool at night. The storage space in the carport was filled with useful beach items!

Steps away from the beach. Supper convenient for all ages with shallow water, park trails , children attractions and a pub with great food in walking distance. Unit itself with great view and incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly think of. Thank you for a lovely vacation, can’t wait to return .

We had a fantastic stay! The location was absolutely perfect, and the place was exactly as described. Joyce was wonderful to communicate with—responsive, friendly, and helpful. The home was immaculate, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the view was simply gorgeous. Check-in was a breeze, and the space accommodated six adults very comfortably. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Perfect family stay

This was our third year at this lovely location and we will be going back again next year. Great space for our family and very well equipped. Beach toys and towels available and even Netflix if the weather is rainy!! The host is friendly and welcoming and the beach and park are perfect for walking running and playing.
