We enjoyed our stay at this location. Everything was very clean and the area is very quiet. The views from the balcony are so pretty in the mornings and evenings. Our kiddos enjoyed doing a little fishing even though they didn’t catch anything. Bunk beds are perfect for families with children. Overall this is a great place to stay that is very budget friendly and clean.

Comfortable and great location

We enjoyed the condo on the lake, we were able to take a nice walk and enjoy the spring weather. Loved the patio overlooking the lake!

Great location, perfect for families

Loved this rental property. Location was close to town yet right on the lake with a beautiful view from a large deck. Enough space to fit our large family. House was clean and communication was great. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Loved the 2 full size sofas. You will need mosquito spray and a lot of it if you're going to sit outside on the balcony.

Great location to everything

Our stay was excellent. Park at the door. Minor lock and alarm issue but got it resolved. We were in town for horse racing week-end. Just off the main road so easy to get to. Living room slider door wouldn't open but the bedroom one did. Main bed was a little bit sloping but slept away from the edge. Large condo would be great for a family. More space than we really needed.

Wonderful condo

This is an amazing property that was a wonderful place for our family to stay for my son’s 18th birthday trip. Very quiet location but close to the center of Hot Springs. Condo was incredibly clean and well stocked with dishes and such. We did have one glitch with the keyless entry (our code didn’t work when we got there) but the property manager took care of it immediately and was very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our getaway and would book here again!

Family summer vacation

We really loved our stay. The property was just like the listing. The beds we’re comfortable and the couches were perfect! This was by far the cleanest and best property we have ever stayed at on a travel site. Also and amazing price point as well. The only bad I would have to say was the master bedroom and bathroom doors would not click shut and lock. Also the front door was hard to open and close. Other than that we would definitely stay there again!!

A Summers-Only Condo

We did not enjoy our stay. First, we did not receive an email with check-in instructions; after 4:30PM I had to call Evolve and finally reached someone who could provide them. When we did check in, the unit was cold -- 60 deg. The HVAC had difficulty warming the unit; we went to dinner and returned 3 hours later to find the temperature inside had increased only to 66 deg. It was impossible to get the inside temp above 70 the entire stay. Perhaps the capacity of the A/C is better, but this unit should not be rented out during cool/cold weather months. The floors were dirty/dusty; I ran the vacuum shortly after arrival to sweep up dead bugs. There was no shampoo or bar soap in either bathroom. There were no hangers in any of the closets. And finally, a construction crew started working inside a neighboring unit at 7AM making considerable noise. We left a day early.

Hi Jim, the homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: We truly have high standards of hospitality for our property and strive to provide an exceptional experience to our guests. - Communication is highly important to us and it is documented that 3 days before your arrival, you were sent the pre-stay email to the email on file. - We were never notified that there was any issue during your stay. If you would have reached out to us, immediate action would have been taken to address the concerns. - The heat and AC units are checked and serviced regularly. We have never had any problems with those appliances before. The thermostat is electronic and we can monitor the temperature on an app on our phone. As an additional source of heating, we do have a fireplace that is in working order. - We value the condition and cleanliness of the home. We have an excellent and professional cleaning staff that thoroughly services the condo efficiently. - As is standard in the vacation rental industry, we provide a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials for guest use. We do have a few hangers but that is not something that we provide or have provided in the past. - We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like construction going on in a neighbor's unit are simply out of our control. If we were aware of it, we would have passed along the information. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Hot Springs/Condo

Not very informative. Condo was ok. But amenities were very none existence. No directions on how to get there. Walked and drove around for hour trying to find the place. Got into condo and stating to unpack and notice no coffee pot. This is our most anticipated highlight of our stay to drink coffee on the balcony and enjoy the view. Called number given us to let them know and they apologized and said one would be there in the morning. No one showed up. We went out and got breakfast that included coffee. Then went to Walmart to BUY a coffee pot. New coffee pot was delivered at 2:30 that afternoon not in the morning as promised. Land lord said we should have used the Keurig that was there. We tried it does not work water all over the counter. Tried twice same results. Back to the balcony, Tried to open it, would open, tried very hard, felt like I was going to pull off the wall only to find out they have a stick in the bottom track. Would have been nice to know in advance. So if its a necessity then why wasn't there one in the other sliding door. We tried to use the bowls prided to heat up some food and noticed the bowls said do not microwave. Totally useless.

After reviewing your feedback with the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:- The check-in instructions, including the property address, were sent via email on July 26th, prior to your stay. We’re sorry if these were missed and that it made finding the condo difficult.- A new coffee maker was purchased and delivered to you after you let us know about the issue. We apologize that it arrived later than anticipated and for the inconvenience this caused. The Keurig in the condo has been tested and found to be fully functional, but we regret that it didn’t work as expected during your stay.- The stick in the sliding door track is a security measure, and we understand it would have been helpful to provide instructions. We appreciate your feedback on this and will ensure future guests are made aware.- The bowls provided are intended for different uses. We’re sorry if they didn’t meet your expectations, but this is the first time we’ve received feedback regarding this issue.Thanks again for taking the time to leave your review.

Close and Convenient

This was great for our weekend away. The bottom floor was very convenient with parking right outside the front door. Only 10 min from Oaklawn and a great Mexican restaurant almost next door. The new docks are also going to be amazing once they are finished.
