This two-story 7-bedroom, 7.5 bath home located in the wildly popular, gated Heartstone subdivision, Cazadores Escondite sleeps 26 in 3-king and 10-queen sized beds.

Enjoy Cazadores Escondite's private Frio River access or use 1 of the 2 private subdivision parks on the Frio River, this home allows you to enjoy it all.

Have a golf cart? Bring it with you! Heartstone is the only subdivision in Concan that permits the use of golf carts within its confines. Don't have a golf cart? No worries! You can rent one and have it delivered and waiting for you when you arrive.

Located less than 8 miles from Garner State Park and just a short drive to House Pasture for live music and dining or to Frio Valley Ranch Golf Course for a round of golf, Cazadores Escondite is conveniently located near all the most popular spots to visit and enjoy.

PAPER GOODS: Bring paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, coffee filters. Your kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, and basic cookware, but you may want to bring paper plates, plastic cups, and plastic ware.

Our family stayed at this property to celebrate a retirement. We had 6 adults and 7 kids from 18 down to 3 years old. There was something for everyone in spite of the rainy weather. The three master suites were perfect for everyone to have their own space. Easy access to the river was great for our little fishermen. Can’t wait to go again!

Fall getaway

Our group of 12 had a great time getting together and enjoying this roomy, clean home. It has beautiful scenery and saw plenty of deer, we also enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace!!

Best home!

Me and my group of friends had an amazing time staying at this property. It fit all 15 of us perfectly and comfortably. The pool was our favorite part and we made so many good memories we hope to come again.

Hey y'all! We're Brannon & Wendi Hightower, owner-operators of Frio River Resorts.

We met in college in 1995 and have been together ever since. Frio River Resorts was started by Brannon's parents nearly 20 years ago and it has been continuously Hightower-family-owned and operated the entire time, with us buying the business in 2018.

We're local and we live in Concan full-time and enjoy serving as stewards of our community with participation in local boards and volunteer organizations. You've likely seen us on River Road as you leave on Sunday supporting the Concan Volunteer Fire Department in our “Fill The Boot” fundraising campaigns, or out to eat at Neal's or House Pasture.
