Outside you will find your own private pool and spa with plenty of lounge chairs and outside dining areas, built in BBQ, and a amazing patio overlooking the 8th hole with two lakes on Nicklaus private course ( Course beyond yard is limited to members only ) . This is a Non-Smoking resident. Use weight equipment and bikes are at your own risk. By booking this home you are waiving us from liability and accepting all responsibilities. Children must ALWAYS be under the supervision of an adult to ensure their safety. Additional Pet fee required. There is an optional pool heating fee but, a spa fee is mandatory (both based on reservation time booked). PGA West rules and regulations apply to guest and guest of guest (Especially Noise Ordinance). Any citations given will be the responsibility of the renter and may not be issued until after reservation has ended. Please inquire about NEW CITY RULES, further citation details and explanations. It is our goal to make sure that all guest have a stress free and enjoyable time. 2 day minimum stay. The mandatory 11% City of La Quinta TOT Tax is not collected by VRBO or other additional fees that may apply and will be collected separately. There are 3 other public community pools and spas within walking distance and if you are a golfer, you can book a tee-time on one of the public courses at PGA West (PGA WEST rules apply). Silver Rock golf course is also a very close option. The weights in the garage can be used at your own risk and a release of liability is established by booking home. A in house masseuse can be arranged as well as a private chef ( additional fees apply) with advance notice (based on availability). Please keep all exterior doors closed, to avoid crickets and other pest from entering the home.
Located close to Nicklaus Private is Ernies Bar and grill. This family friendly spot is perfect for meals and cocktails. Reservations recommended for larger crowds, take out is available.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
PGA West is beautifully kept grounds and you will enjoy walks,runs or bike rides within our community. Camp and fishing grounds close by. There are great restaurants in Old La Quinta as well as coffee houses.
GETTING AROUND
There are bikes available for your recreational use within the complex. A personal car is needed but Uber and cabs are available in this area as well as public transportion.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
PGA West is very close to local grocery stores, Costco, Home depot, restaurants and extremely close to the Polo grounds for Coachella and Stage Coach. Music Festivals are booked at a seasonal rate. There is also an additional $100 added to standard cleaning fee for parties of 9+. The City of La Quinta has new large party rules, please inquiry for details. A special permit is needed for larger parties and all requirements must be met. Allow at least 45 days to process permit. Please inquiry for more details or contact The City of La Quinta directly. There are security cameras located on the outside perimeters of the house (garage, courtyard,side yard, patio)only and noise monitors (outside window & dining room) on the outside & inside of the property for your and the owners protection. Your privacy is not compromised and the noise monitors only record decibel levels. This can and will add in disputing any noise complaints. If you have any questions or concerns about these devices and how they are used, please feel free to ask.

10. Make sure that all pool toys and equipment is stored in outside chest.
11. Clean and put away all dishes and kitchen items.
12. Empty dishwasher
13. Remove all personal items from bedrooms and bathrooms.
14. Close all blinds
15. Make sure BBQ is turned off if used by pushing knobs in and then turning.
16. Make sure that side door in garage is closed and locked
17. Make sure that all cushions on couches are where they are supposed to be.
18. Make a list of any accidents or damage that you knowingly caused for security deposit purposes.
19. Make sure that all games and knick knacks are returned to the original locations.
20. Lastly, make sure that you contact me when you are all checking out of the house so that I can tell you what needs to be done to return the house key if manager isn't available for check out.

The host really thought of everything! We had a great time and the property really suited our family. The community is very safe and private, which we loved. I would recommend to family and friends anytime!
The house was excellent — very comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our group. My family and I (6 adults) stayed for a week, and all of us loved both the home and the beautiful location. It’s close to great golf and excellent restaurants, which made everything easy. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating, and she went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect.

The Fan 4 Life House- Pga West
Very well equipped kitchen. Great pool and patio furniture. Plenty of space. Very private but great view of hole 8 Nicklaus private course. Excellent location. Stephanie is a great host, very responsive and helpful. This is a great place for families or three couples.
Great location in La Quinta- PGA west was great. It was perfect for family birthday party and exploring the local area. Only minor suggestions are to update the pool cues as most were very warn out and possibly have the golf cart available to explore the PGA West resort.
I'll first preface this review by stating how early the host, Stephanie reached out to me with information about the property and listing. She was highly communicative throughout the booking process, which I had done as early as June 2022! As the dates were getting closer, she was very informative about the housing guidelines, instructions, and even provided recommendations for her favorite restaurants in the area. The house itself was magnificent - a wonderful space that was stocked with living necessities that my friends and I needed. Stephanie texted every morning to check in and see if I needed anything and I felt l didn't have to look for things to do around the area! The beds and bedrooms were spacious, clean, and comfy - and the swimming pool and patio were a nice touch to add perfection to our weekend stay. Will definitely be looking out for this property in the future and I am excited for our next booking with Stephanie!
We came here for a mini reunion with parents, adult kids & teens. This property allowed our separate family units to live comfortably with plenty of space but still all feel like we were together. House is wonderfully appointed with everything we needed during the course of our stay - kitchen has ever we needed to cook several meals both in the kitchen and on the grill. Beds were comfortable, seating plentiful & outdoor area beautiful & relaxing. Stephanie was amazing- very responsive during the course of our stay & receptive to feedback (although we didn’t have any). Highly recommend!

Issue with Pool
The house was fine but we had an issue with the pool. After taking time off work and boarding our pet, the owner contact us the night before our stay to let us know that the pool and spa heater will not be working. This was an issue for us because we booked this house mainly for the pool, and we have two children we did not want to take to communal pools because of Covid concerns. Additionally, the communal pool was not heated either, and the hot tub was too hot for children to stay in for any extended period of time.
The owner was responsive, but our issues were not resolved satisfactorily. It took a few weeks after the end of the trip and the consideration given by the owner was removing the pool/spa heating fees + an insignificant amount.
We enjoyed our time at the house . The owner was very helpfull and she ensured our stay was very enjoyable. The view of the golf course and mountains were great.
Recomend to anyone
This property was as good as advertised, offering a very comfortable and well appointed house in a great neighborhood. The owner's communication was top notch both prior to arrival, the day of arrival and during our stay.
We loved everything about our stay! The house is fabulous and Stephanie is amazing. The heated pool and spa, along with the fire pit and cozy seating, were so perfect for unwinding on chilly days. We loved everything- special touches in the house. Location and nearby restaurants. We highly recommend staying here!
This owner is a nightmare. She contacted us with all of these minor details and requirements several times before and during the trip. The property needs repairs including electrical that did not work. The gas grill was broken and my friend was badly burned. Then the owner tried to hold us responsible for repair to the grill and tried to add on more charges. She filed an insurance claim for the grill and the insurance sided with us that we absolutely did not cause the damage. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND,

Great House!
My wife and I stayed at this house along with 3 other couples and it was an overall great experience. The house had plenty of room for everyone to sleep and relax comfortably and the outdoor area (pool, spa, grill) were all fantastic! The house is located in the heart of PGA west which provided access to restaurants, golf courses and only a short drive to grocery stores and other activities. In addition, Stephanie was very responsive and helpful with all aspects of the rental.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend as a vacation rental home for those looking for a relaxing get away in PGA west.

Beautiful home on the golf course
Had a great stay in this beautiful home. Loved the large living room that can accomadate many people comfortably. Great place for cards and board games. The kitchen is nice and open and had everything we needed for cooking. The backyard with the jucuzzi and fire pit are a great place for hanging out. Tons of seating for large party. Had a great stay with all the family. Hope to come back out sometime.

This was the perfect house for my bachelorette party! My friends and I had the BEST time and it was an unforgettable weekend. Stephanie was the BEST hostess and was extremely helpful and responsive. Why they chose this property
Our family lived in Westchester, Ca and when Jamie was on vacation from coaching at USC, we would head to Rancho the Summer! We loved it! We were lucky to stay at a friends condo but, it was my husband dream to have his own place. In 2010 we moved to Wa. and rented our home out in Westchester until we sold it and purchased this home. We wanted a place that our son would want to come to for years to come and a getaway for us for guy and girl weekends and family fun. Eventough there are plenty of public pools and spas in the community, you just can't beat the convenience of walking out to your own private pool and spa. Another selling point of this house for us was the ability to watch the Golf tournament pass by because it is located on the 8th hole.
