Tucked away on a tranquil street near the heart of town, this beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom private home combines space, comfort, and stunning mountain views for an unforgettable stay.

Imagine relaxing on the upper deck after a full day of adventure, watching the sun set over Mount Royal and Mount Victoria with your favorite cocktail in hand. As the evening cools, unwind in the private hot tub beneath a sky full of stars.

Inside, the home is spacious and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes throughout. The living room and patio showcase incredible views of Mount Royal and the Ten Mile Range toward Breckenridge. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, a gas grill on the upper deck, and a custom 10-person dining table, plus seating for five more at the kitchen island — perfect for large gatherings.

Sleeping arrangements include two primary suites with beautiful walk-in showers, two sets of Twin bunk beds in the third bedroom, and Captain’s bunk beds (Twin over Full) in the fourth bedroom. Additional amenities include a large mudroom and a spacious two-car garage.

Please note: This property includes a private lock-off apartment with a completely separate entrance. The owners may stay in the lock-off on select weekends but will never enter the main residence.

Great location and house layout. Perfect spot for 4 friends to explore the area and relax after days out and about. We all had our own bedroom annd bathroom. Hot tub was great after hiking. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Frisco. Would definitely come again!

Great house and location

Clean and nice house. Within walking distance to all the great restaurants. Also within walking distance to many activities (hiking, biking, and kayaking)! We annoyed our stay.

A great find

We’ve traveled to Summit County regularly for over 30 years. This house is a gem. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, up against the mountain, but just a few blocks from downtown. Beautiful, sunlit, modern house with room for two families to stay together comfortably. Just minutes from Copper Mtn. The private hot tub was a treat after skiing.

Great place to access the mountains

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The listing is very accurate. The home is in great condition, with the bedrooms all very comfortable in a range of configurations for different types of groups. Communication with the property manager were efficient and helpful and the check-in/ out process was easy. We would definitely return.

March 2023 Ski Trip Frisco / Copper Mtn

Perfect for the group of 12 that included 4 elementary kids. The whole group skied hard and wanted to eat, relax and play games on the big table in the dining room in the evening.

Ski Patrol Trip

We had 11 patrollers from MN in our group. It was a great stay. Condo was very accommodating for out group. Frisco is a great location to reach Vail, Beaver Creek, Breck, Copper and Keystone! Good restaurants in town if you want that, or cook-in like we did. Kitchen is very complete! Plenty of seating and 2 very large "family rooms" on 2 different floors so you can keep kids separated from adults if you have them in your group. Hot tub had some cloudy water in it from previous group for I called property manager and they changed the water same day for us! Great service! Definitely recommend this property!

Great Property/Nice location

Only downside is that this is a 3rd party VRBO vendor. You will not get a confirmation or any stay updates through your VRBO account. You need to check your email for communications. We stayed here for a work function. The house was cold and took a while to warm up. It has base board heating and gas fireplaces. Once we turned on the fireplaces, we began to get cozy. The house was clean and centrally located to Main Street. I would stay again. After hours check in/check out was very easy.

Beautiful home perfect for 2 families

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very clean and comfortable, and kitchen is well equipped. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 7 children. The big table was perfect for 11 of us to all sit down for dinner. The 2 family rooms were great for the kids to have their own space. The hot tub was awesome, and was serviced for us right away when called. The only complaint was the downstairs was freezing! I called about the downstairs fireplace not working as well as the baseboard heat, and was told the fireplace could not be fixed right away and that the baseboard heat just took a while to warm up. However, there were guests there the week before us and it never warmed up all week. The downstairs thermostat was set on 70, and would read 56 most mornings, and never got above 65. Luckily there were plenty of blankets. The pillows could be replaced. There were humidifiers in the bedrooms which was really nice. This location is great to get to town, and close to several ski resorts. We skied Copper and Vail. The ski lockers in the entry way were perfect to come in and drop everything before heading upstairs. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent Property Overall!

Had a great stay at this property! Location was convenient, clean, and surrounded by beauty everywhere you look. We didn’t check-in until 12am and we’re still able to receive the keys for the property and find our way over in no time, thanks to a very responsive customer service line. Really had a blast here.

Great Christmas Vacation!

I’m not sure how we chose Frisco, CO for our family Christmas vacation, but so glad we chose the town and this home. The house has everything and the floor plan was perfect for a group of 9. Lots of room to spread out. Easy walk to Main Street and restaurants. Centrally located for our adventures to Breckenridge, Vail and Copper. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Home - Love the layout

My family stayed at the Frisco Lodge with my brother's family. We loved the layout, because there were two master bedrooms (with master baths). We didn't have to fight over the better room. It was also nice that there were two bedrooms on each floor, so each family basically had its own floor (and privacy). This is a lovely home, and we really enjoyed our stay. It is very well maintained and very clean.

Great location for access to multiple mountains.

This was a great location for a ski trip. While it is closest to Breckenridge, it offers easy access to the freeway where you can quickly get to resorts in Summit County and toward Vail.

Christmas in Frisco

Everything was as ordered. We gathered for a week in Frisco to spend time as family at the end of a crazy year. My kids all said it was the best trip they have ever been on, and I know that the space had a lot to do with this. It was warm, friendly, great sleeping arrangements and cozy but spacious main rooms. Everyone hung out upstairs, but there was adequate space to scamper off alone to a great book too. The hot tub was large and accommodating and was a wonderful place to wile away an evening after a busy day. Much fun by all...highly recommended.
