3 Buoys is located in the Palm Bay Village complex. This complex offers one of the best lagoon style pools you'll find here on the Island, complete with a waterfall and great shallow water area for the kids. And now the pool is heated for year-round enjoyment. The whole complex is beautifully laid out with lush tropical landscaping. BBQ grills are available for guest use as well.
The central location of Palm Bay Village gives guests easy access to everything the island has to offer including miles of windswept beaches, the all-new Schlitterbahn water park and numerous shopping and eating destinations.
INTERIOR
You'll love the modern coastal vibe this very functional property offers. To start you have a hard to find two car garage for parking your vehicles. Stepping into the unit from the garage you'll enter the kitchen which is well-equipped with modern appliances and beautiful black granite counter tops. From the kitchen you'll step into the dining area which then opens up into the living area. The living area is equipped with comfy leather couches and a nice big flat screen TV for watching the big game. From here you can access the patio that offers a great view of the kid's pool.
Upstairs you'll find the two bedrooms, each of which come with a queen size bed and their own private bathroom. One of the two bedrooms also has a love seat that folds out into a full size bed. A queen size sleeper sofa is also in the living area for two additional guests to sleep on. This unit will accommodate a total of six guests.
This unit requires a minimum 2 night booking and bath towels and bed linens are provided.
