The cooktop is made of four-burner glass-ceramic and countertops with white classic finishes. Equipped with an energy-saving dishwasher, stainless steel freezer, refrigerator, ventilation hood, wall mounted microwave and other essential stainless steel appliances. Dine-in on a rounded-shaped table for 4 with comfortable chairs while enjoying the food, either if it’s delivered food or home-cooked food.
Be cozy while having a chat with your family/friends on a big gray L-shaped sofa - convertible to a bed (sleeps 1) which you can find in the center of the whole room - the living room. Get yourself to be entertained on a HD television while watching your favorite shows. The flooring is made of Satin finished Oaks and Walnuts hard floor with burnished brass and custom wood veneer solid core doors.
It has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed packed with fitted sheets, linens and pillows, an en-suite bathroom and a powder room that has essential baths provided. Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, and a lot of more exciting places are in Downtown Dubai making it a busy hub and a prime location. You will have restaurants, cafes, and more surrounding you. You can also easily access Dubai International Trade Centre Exhibition Halls by riding a train at the metro station. It’s the place to be!
Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, the vibrant thoroughfare dotted with cafes and retail outlets, also hosts colourful events that bring the community together.

There are many places that you can visit in Downtown Dubai as it is one of the locations that tourists and residents go. High-end stores, restaurants, and shops can be found around here, and the beach (Kite Beach) is only about 15 minutes away. You can be sure to enjoy every bit of it!
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a private ride.
Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station is approximately 10 minutes away. You can get on a train, get around and explore Dubai easily.
If you enjoy long walks, shops and other establishments are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, supermarkets).
The fastest and easiest way from Dubai Airport is by taxi (25min). The cheapest way is by riding the Metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
