Check out this newly listed home. The home is centrally located within minutes of all your outdoor adventures and sightseeing! Endless activities abound nearby including mountain biking, paddle boarding on the TN River, hang gliding, caving, hiking, and state park explorations. Easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times.



Enjoy access to a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils. Washer/dryer included. Sleeps 6 comfortably. One master suite with a king-size bed. Other bedrooms consist of queen-sized beds. For year-round enjoyment for your getaway check this place out, you won’t be disappointed! Enjoy free wifi that is included as well. Great restaurants within 5 miles. Less than 24 minutes to Chattanooga. The issues and steepness of the drive way cannot be understated. There is zero flat space at the top of the drive way except for the garage and the car port type area. I do not recommend this location for anyone that is hauling a trailer or boat.Otherwise the location and the home were fine. Nothing special but clean and cozy. The only other annoyance was the number of barking dogs.

Really nice

It was really clean and not to far from Chattanooga. We had a nice stay there. The only thing I didnt care for was the drive way it's very steep, but other than that it was amazing. The property manager was very responsive to any questions I had.

Comfortable house in a neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. This location is a comfortable house located in a neighborhood. it's near the activities of the Chattanooga area but remote enough to be quiet. The kitchen area is spacious, there's a large basement with a pool table (which our kids enjoyed) and a washer & dryer, which is always convenient. the only drawback to me is the steep driveway, although almost everywhere around Chattanooga is on a hill. We would stay at this location again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay; with some minor concerns that were addressed while there. Home was cozy and host/property manager made themselves readily available. The guest shower had limited water pressure which made it hard for some guests to shower to their liking.

Spring Break Stay

The location of the house and the issues were not discussed. The property could use some work. Not kids friendly. I tried to make the best of it because I had already paid. We tried our best to just stay gone all day so we only had to sleep there.

Overall the house was just what we needed. It was located within 20 minutes of numerous softball complexes. I would recommend just a few things to accomodate guests more: • 2 towels per guest would be much better than 1. Most females like 2 towels. •Clorox wipes or something simple to wipe counters down with. •Recommendation to guests of bringing additional blankets as the house can be comd from time to time. We are very happy woth the house however and the price was fair. Id definitely book again. The process was easy & the property manager was great!

Overall ok…… but

Overall, it was a good stay. There was a shortage of wash cloths, but the staff responded with additional new ones. Unfortunately, they had not been laundered and had dye coming out when they were wetted. We washed them and dried them and left them all clean. Ceiling light in the kitchen did not work, and when the staff came to check it, they found that it was an LED type light. They could not replace it. It seem to me that it wasn’t checked before we moved in. Aside from that the beds were comfortable and I got plenty of exercise walking up and down the hill.
