When you first arrive at Queen's Grant you will find parking for the Building A units outside of the gated driveway. Additional parking is available inside the gated parking area but please note that there is a limit of 2 cars per unit. Parking passes will be provided once you check in to the condo. Head to the stairs and use your keyless access code to get your vacation started!

The beautiful view of the ocean greets you as you walk in, and you can instantly relax knowing that you are going to have a great vacation. Immediately to your right, in the entry hall, you will find the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer for guests to use. Next, you will come to the modern kitchen with crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and all of your basic cooking needs in order to whip up amazing meals for your family. The dining table offers seating for 6, with an additional 3 stools located at the kitchen bar. Kick your shoes off and relax on the comfortable couches and chairs provided in the living area. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the large wall-mounted Flat Screen Smart TV, or just soak in the beach view through the sliding glass patio doors. Step out to your own private covered deck where you can feel the ocean breeze calling your name. Captain's chairs and tables are provided so you can sit out and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning as you watch the sun come up and the island come to life. An electric grill is provided so you can safely cookout without leaving the condo.

The Master bedroom is located oceanfront off the living room and offers a king-sized bed, Flat Screen Smart TV, and a private full bath with a luxury tiled shower and vanity sink. This room also has access to the oceanfront deck. The middle bedroom offers a Double with Twin Loft Bed. The final bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and access to the street-side covered deck. These two bedrooms share a full bath that is conveniently located in the hall and offers a shower-tub combo and vanity sink.

Queen's Grant offers convenient community amenities for its guests. The complex has private beach access for its residents and guests between each oceanfront building. The sound side of the complex is where you'll find the refreshing swimming pool that is open seasonally. Typically it is open from May through September, but weather permitting the operational dates may be extended. The picnic and grilling area overlooks the children's play area so you can keep an eye on the little ones while cooking a delightful grilled meal. Queen's Grant also provides a community boat ramp and dock for its homeowners and guests. Parking for boat/jet ski trailers is limited and is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
