With ocean views and just steps to the sand (with no streets to cross), this well appointed townhome provides the perfect beach getaway. Enjoy the view from the ocean side deck for breakfast or a sunset cocktail. It's a short walk (less than 1/2 mile) along the white sand beach to the Surf City Pier and local restaurants.

The Stay was Amazing , The Host was Great and very grateful for a email concerning construction in area for new water lines , that was alittle noisy .The views were great and absolutely would recommend staying here again and hopefully we can book again very soon . This is a perfect location. Literally, steps from the beach and just a few blocks from restaurants and attractions in Surf City. This unit is well stocked and comfortable. Covered parking is really a plus. Great spot for a surfer.

Very pleased with our stay. Bedding was comfortable. Beach is just a few steps away. We had everything we needed, which was nice because we have stayed at pricier rentals that were very stingy with toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Daniel was an excellent host. I had to make some adjustments on our trip and he was so easy to work with. The townhome was perfect for our family of 5. The townhome clean and well stocked. There were plenty of beach chairs and beach toys as well. The beach access was even closer than I expected and a great beach view from the balcony. We hope to return in the future!

Incredible location! Great ocean views, and the home is steps off the beach!! The place is spacious and well laid out. Great beds, bath, living area! Great carport and grilling area. We had an absolutely great time. We logged many hours at the beach. Less than a twenty second walk. We have 3 boys ages 13-16 and the second bedroom with the bed and the bunk beds worked out great. It was a nice walk to restaurants and shops. Communication with Daniel was great and check in was easy. Wouldn't hesitate to go back. Photos of day and night shots at the beach.
