Lovely home. Our unit had a large kitchen & bedroom. It was perfect for our stay. We walked to downtown Fort Myer for lunch & dinner. Publix and a coffee shop are at the end of the street. Great time! Great host!

Check-in was a breeze. Location was in walking distance to downtown Ft. Myers, Publix and the Edison/Ford Estates. It was also a good home base when traveling by car to attractions in the area. The home had everything you would need in your "home away from home". The bed was super comfortable. The landscaping and outside amenities were lovely. The owner was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend a stay at this location.

This Home was a great home away from homee.

Our experience was very smooth. Cleo was easy to work with and is very friendly and accommodating. The property was clean and had the best stocked kitchen and bathroom. Also well stocked for the beach. Will recommend and go back the next time we are in Ft. Myers.

Enjoyable getaway!

We went to Ft Myers to relax and enjoy local relatives. This home is located very well being close to the historic river district! We loved our dinner at Izzy’s! We also enjoyed walking from the home to the river district and to Publix etc. Favorite part of the home was the quiet, relaxing tropical backyard. No matter the time of day, shad was abundant!

Royal Palm

We were very happy with our stay here. The owner lives next door and came to greet us and walk us through the property when we arrived. It is located just a block or so from groceries, restaurants, the Edison Ford Museum and two major traffic routes that made getting around very easy. It was a very quiet area that made just sitting out in the back yard very enjoyable. The suite was very clean and the photos just hint at the charm of this lovely home.

Best vacation house! So inviting and clean! Decorated beautifully and you will find all the comforts of home there! Wonderful to not have to bring bedding and towels and the quality of everything is very high! We love the beach....and even beach chairs and beach umbrella was there for us to use! Great location! Cleo goes out of her way to make sure your stay is relaxed and enjoyable! It was our first time in Florida. Cleo had many suggestions of places to visit and eat! When we come to Florida again...this is where we WILL be staying!

Beautifully decorated, super clean and spacious! Perfect for a little getaway. Unfortunately I didn’t spend as much time here as I would have liked as there is a tropical relaxing oasis in the backyard complete with a hammock with my name on it! Maybe next time!

River Romp Junior Sailing Regatta

My family, spouse and 9 year old son, were visiting Ft. Myers for a junior sailing regatta being held at the Edison Sailing center across the river. We rented the 2br. first floor and it was perfect for our stay. Clio was a wonderful host! The unit was in walking distance (4mins) to a Publix and (15mins) to the quaint downtown area of Ft. Myers. We didn't use the kitchen that much since all of the excellent dining that was so close! The unit does have a unique layout...you enter directly into the bedrooms...but that was fine for our stay and would be a bonus if your party was coming and going at different times! We would certainly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the Ft. Myers area.

Great Place!!

The owner, Cleo, is a special person. She pays attention to every detail. She makes you feel so special and check=in and check-out were a breeze. The place was great and very clean. We had everything that we needed. The location was great, centrally located to everything. I have made friends for life. I would definitely stay there again. And her husband makes the most beautiful pottery.

Perfect!!

This was the perfect location for the baseball tournament (and only 5 minutes from a Publix). We had the whole bottom floor, which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Cleo is amazing in her attention to detail and furnishings. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Ft Myers area. We will definitely be returning!!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I are both Ft. Myers natives, having moved back home in 2008. We love this area & purchased our Arts & Crafts home, which is close to where we grew up. When the property next to us became available( NOW Green Palm Villa) we knew we could make it into a nice rental, first beginning as a yearly rental, and then a vacation rental in 2013.
The house is tastefully decorated with antiques and stylish, comfortable furniture & beds. We have many original art pieces, including ceramics, paintings and photography. All linens are bright, clean and fresh! Our backyard is fully fenced for privacy and contains lush tropical plantings.
We have had lovely guests from the US and Europe and it is our pleasure to meet & help them in any way we can.

What makes this property unique

Our guests always comment on how comfortable and clean our rentals are. This is very important to us as we work very hard to give our guests a stress-free vacation with us by providing a lot of "extras" to make sure they have everything they need. Our location is a plus, being within a 15-minute walk to Downtown Ft. Myers and the parks along the Caloosahatchee River. We have a great Publix grocery near by, so shopping is easy and fast after a long flight or drive to Ft. Myers. Restaurants, banks, drug stores and gas stations are all close. The beach is a straight shot down McGregor Blvd, about 30 minutes away.
