Comfortable home away from home!

Great solution for the family needing a place in Tallahassee to help our oldest child transition up to FSU Main Campus from FSU Panama City. Had everything needed for us to feel at home during our month-long stay. Communication was easy and effective! As Hurricane Debby approached Florida a few days after our arrival, Mr. Dave Long proactively offered storm preparation guidance, helping to alleviate our growing concerns. Thank you, Mr. Long, for allowing us to enjoy your home in Tallahassee!

NICE BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS !!

We rented this property to attend our Granddaughter's graduation from FSU. It was near enough to FSU and our granddaughter's apartment(20 mins.) to be very convenient for car trips back and forth. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. The condo itself was outfitted with every thing you could possibly want. The kitchen was very easy to use. All the furniture was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well. The outside deck was a big help when we had a luncheon after the graduation. Overall, a very pleasant stay for us. Thank you,David Long!! Lawrence and Barbara White

I was very pleased with my recent stay. The beds were comfy (save for some very firm pillows), the house was clean and well stocked (towels, soaps,shampoos. Spices). My only real neg comment was the upstairs was quite warm. Overall...5 stars.

Attended Florida State University in the 60's. Love Tallahassee. Lots to do here. We enjoy attending university sports and events, as well as the other cultural activities available in Tallahassee. Would consider shorter stay that includes graduation 8/4-5, 12/15-16

Close to main roads, roomy two bedroom with separate suites. Also a day bed (two twins or one king) on landing above living room, with access to upstairs bath.

What makes this property unique

We always have full bath supplies, hair dryers, laundry supplies, iron and ironing board, coffee pods and a Keurig (also a coffee maker if you prefer). The private fenced back yard is special to enjoy with sunset behind the house. Large grill with propane tanks. Walmart nearby, Publix 1 miles down the main road.
