Welcome to this beautiful vacation home located in Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, a gated community in Haines City Florida.

This 4 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom home is perfect for your next family vacation with some fun themed bedrooms the kiddos will love!
As you enter the home you will find the fully equipped kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances. The kitchen highlights include a beautiful fridge/freezer French door style, oven with cooktop, dishwasher for easy clean up, microwave, toaster, Keurig duo coffee maker with single serve or carafe and a tea kettle. Pots and pans, plates, cups, utensils and silverware are all included for your convenience. Just bring your favorite spices to enjoy a gourmet meal. The dining room sits right off the kitchen with seating for 6 guests.

Head to the living room to take a break and put your feet up and relax! Enjoy your favorite shows on the large flat screen smart tv that is wall mounted. All your favorite apps are super easy to access like Netflix, Amazon movie, Disney + and more! Or hop on the complimentary Wi-Fi and share your amazing vacation photos with friends and family. When the sun is shining and the kids are ready to swim, step outside to the beautiful pool area. This home offers a good size South Facing swimming pool with a spa and there is a fence at the back for some privacy. The pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge in the cooler months. For the little one's safety there is also a pool fence around the pool.
The outside pool deck features an outdoor dining table with seating for 4 guests and an additional 2 seating chairs. There is also an outdoor TV, ceiling fan and outdoor string lights to enjoy in the evening. Such a perfect way to end a fun day from the theme parks.

The floor plan is simply amazing with the bedrooms on opposite ends of the house so everyone can have their own privacy.

The master bedroom offers a comfortable King size bed with a view of the pool and has a large flat screen smart TV. There is a private bathroom which features a soaking tub, separate shower, toilet and dual sinks.
The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen size bed with a flat screen smart TV. There is also a private bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. This bathroom also has a door that leads out to the pool area for your convenience.
The third bedroom offers a super fun Toy Story themed room which sleeps 4 guests on the bunk beds. This room is perfect for little ones not ready yet for a higher bunk as the bottom mattress if ground level. There is also a smart TV.
The fourth bedroom offers another fun Pirate Duck themed room which sleeps 3 guests on the bunk beds. There is also a smart TV in the bedroom.
The bunk bed rooms share the common bathroom which has a tub/shower combo, toilet and sink.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is a lovely gated community. There is a fishing lake (catch and release) with stunning views all around. Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is in Davenport, 7 miles south of I-4 and 15 miles south of the US192.There is a Walmart store less than 2 miles away and the highly rated Manny's Chophouse is just a couple of miles away and close to other restaurants. So many great golf course to list nearby such as Greg Norman's new Champions Gate complex, Champions Gate County Club, Highland Reserve Golf, Reunion Golf, Mystic Dunes Golf, Celebration Golf, Providence Golf, Orange Lake Golf, Falcon Fire Golf just to name a few.

Florida vacay

We arrived the Oct 8th, the property manager helped us to stock the house prior to our arrival due to the hurricane that was going to hit late the 9th, they were very responsive with helping us figure out what to expect with the hurricane and ensuring we had everything we needed, house was exactly as it was pictured. Would definitely consider staying at this home again,

Winter get away

Central Florida has been our escape from Maryland winters for the past 5 years using VRBO to accommodate our needs. We’ve stayed in Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes once before - a gated community 24/7, well maintained. This home is located in a less travelled part of the community, is updated ( new refrigerator, washer/ dryer/ dishwasher, freshly painted, tastefully decorated with nice colors - very comfortable ). We spent a lot of time sitting in the lanai which has new furniture. One thing that sets this home apart from other rentals ( in our experience) has to be the management company ( Welcome Homes USA - especially Jennifer) who are readily available to respond to phone and email/texts questions and concerns, and seem to have ready contact with the owners ( who seem to want to meet your needs) for extra considerations. This rental allowed us to have the pool heated for short periods to meet our needs (and weather changes), and the pool could be relatively quickly heated to 90 degrees ( other rentals have been mid- high 80’s and there is a big difference in feel). We are planning to spend more ‘winters’ here in future❣️ Carl and Jackie😎😎

Despite the cold weather, we enjoyed our stay

My husband and I travel to Florida for 2-4 weeks every winter to escape the Northern cold for a while. This year we picked this house in Haines City. We always get a house with a heated pool and spa, because that is my main activity while in Florida. Despite the consistent 60s degree weather (coldest visit we have ever had), I was able to enjoy the pool almost every day. The pool has a gas heater which makes a big difference. It warmed up very quickly every day. While we had an issue with the spa, the management company was very responsive. And although it took longer than I would have liked, they were dedicated to getting it resolved for me. The pool is very private too, hedges, bushes and walls provide the coverage. The house is very nice, clean and open. Big kitchen and living room. Huge master bathroom too. Beds were comfy and TVs in every room, even outside (just too cold for us to eat outside and use the tv.) Appliances all seemed very new. . My only negative is location. We like to eat out a lot. But the number of sit down full service restaurants nearby is small. But if you do go out, make sure to go to Manny’s Chophouse. Great food and best restaurant nearby. A popular favorite so use their call ahead feature.

Perfect Family stay!

For a family of 5 roomy is not a word usually used when we stay away from our home. But this vacation was comfortable and roomy and relaxing. Kids bedrooms were so fun and the adult bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The pool patio was so nice and relaxing. A++

Thin Mattress

House was nice and clean but the mattresses were paper thin in the bunk bed rooms. Really made for a hard nights sleep when you could feel the slats through the mattress. White carpet in the house was a constant worry even for adults. House was ok overall but would not stay there again

Haines City Home

This home was lovely to stay in. Kitchen was well equipped, livingroom was comfy and the main bedroom and bathroom were also wonderful. Loved the pool (once it heated up) 😊 Would definitely stay here again, if available.
