If you don't have a boat - no problem - it is a perfect spot for dolphin watching, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and enjoying those breathtaking soundside sunsets! A restful respite nestled in a quiet nook with surrounding maritime forest, this retreat is just about a mile north of downtown Topsail Beach in a great location only a short drive or a leisurely bike ride to the quaint shops and restaurants. The convenient easy community beach access just a short walk away across from the beginning of Monroe Lane offers yet another inviting feature of this home's location - the sandy shores at Topsail!
