Best bang for your buck

Highly recommend staying here. Less than one block from the beach and it’s beautifully remodeled and so well-maintained. The furnishings are very nice. The bedsheets and towels are luxurious, and they even have very upscale products like hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and even diffusers throughout the apartment. They have truly thought of everything. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay!

Just completed a five night trip with my husband, myself and our two young adult children. Property was clean, and had what we needed. The location of this unit cannot be beat ! A quick and easy walk to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. Grocery stores are a short ride away. Management was responsive and we enjoyed the Rose and sparkling water which greeted us when we checked in.

Great location

We stayed for an extended weekend. This apartment is in a great location a few minutes walk to the beach and to 3rd street. We were able to go to the farmer market on Saturday morning and get all of our groceries. Very convenient. Apartment is on the 2nd floor, has blackout blinds and beach chairs/umbrellas/towels. Everything you need for a great beach vacation.

Perfect Location

We stayed 5 days in early February. The property is in a perfect spot, within walking distance of the Naples Pier and the amazing dining and night life of Third Avenue. The condo is in great shape and was perfect for the 4 of us. It came with beach chairs and umbrellas, which we used daily. Overall, a great stay and we would love to come back.

Small but nice

Property was clean, updated, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Drawbacks were no private outdoor space like a little porch with chairs and a small table. No way to do that there but may keep us from renting here again. Also better window coverings in bedroom would be nice since lights from the parking lot shown through the window and made the bedroom very light.

The Naples Mariner is a great location from which to enjoy Naples. 240 was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.

Owner canceled just days before arrival

What a nightmare. Owner canceled days before scheduled arrival. Put us in a horrible spot. Management company offered several alternatives that were in no way comparable to original condo. Bad locations and substandard accommodations. We had to cancel the trip all together because we couldn’t get a decent place to stay with no lead time. . Lost money on resulting canceled flights. It was all in bad form. Please note that I am not able to personally rate the cleanliness of the unit, the location, the accuracy of the listing or any other specifics. The review format requires a rating for each criteria. the property management company did communicate.

Home away from home

What a great place to take our family. The condo was clean, updated, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was a nice size and the grounds nice. The location was perfect allowing us to walk to Naples and the beach in minutes. We would highly recommend this spot.

Great location! Very comfy beds!

Just a block from the gorgeous beach and right by the Naples Pier too. Also just two short blocks to Old Naples shopping and restaurants. Very quiet location in a gorgeous neighborhood. Very clean space. We had a great time!

Long weekend trip to Old Naples

Location is the top feature of this condo. there are no hotels in this area as it is residential. Being able to walk across the street to the beach and in the other direction to the 3rd Street area makes this an ideal spot to visit Old Naples area. The building was previously a old time motel and converted to condos. This unit is an end unit so the two bedrooms have an extra set of windows which gives them more light and openness. The beds are very comfortable and the linens, pillows and towels are all very nice. Better than we have found at other rentals. Its a short drive and also walkable to the 5th Avenue area whit lots of dining and shopping options. End every day with a Naples sunset and head off to dinner.
