Charming, updated home near the U of U and Downtown!

**MINIMUM 1 MONTH RENTAL**
This turn-of-the-century home is on a quiet street in a great part of Salt Lake! Near downtown (2 miles to the convention center), the University of Utah (.8 mile), charming shops & restaurants and a block and a half away from Trax red line station (.3 mile), you can easily get around on foot, bike, public transportation or car. A 15-20 minute drive from the airport and 35-45 minute drive to all the nearby ski/summer resorts in Utah's amazing Wasatch mountains.

Well cared for, the home is comfy, cozy and has everything you need...a small but well equipped kitchen, laundry room with front loading washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, private backyard and off street parking for 1-2 cars. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other a queen.

Best Bang for Buck!

The owner is awesome and this Little Blue house is a fantastic place to stay. Commutation was very easy and they were so helpful and responsive with every request. We definitely are keeping this place on our radar for future stays. Thank you!

Sweet Stay

Although we needed to be in Salt Lake for serious medical needs for 3 months, the silver lining was this "little blue house" It was extremely homey, comfey, and a wonderful location. Terrific beds and sofa, with great closet, kitchen shelving, and bathroom space with loads of hooks to hang everything. We were able to set up both our computers on the little table and still had good room for eating at the bar We brought an extra lamp because sufficient light always an issue with us and it was helpful, but whatever our concerns, the host was willing to provide. We will definitely book this space again.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

Wonderful little cottage in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Everything one needs is provided. This includes the owner who goes out of her way to help. Due to heavy snow in the east our flights were canceled many times. The owner made it possible for us to extend our stay. The area is perfect for skiers. We found lovely neighborhood restaurants that were delicious. We only hope this cottage will be available next year when we return.

Adorable bungalow in a great location

We came to Salt Lake City for medical reason and figured renting a home would make our family the most comfortable . We were not disappointed. The home is wonderful. It was close to the hospital, public transportation, shopping and lots of restaurants. We couldn't have picked a better place. The owners were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would have extended my stay if it had been available.

Quiet, easy access location

Great location for a ski weekend. Easy to get to to Foothills Dr. and Cottonwood canyons. Walking access to downtown dining after. Most importantly, quiet area to rest up for the next day. Newer, comfortable furnishings. Easy communication with the owners made for a painless trip.

Cute home on a quiet street

We stayed in this cute home for New Years. It was perfect accommodations for our small group including a couple of teens. We were able to walk to the tram, local restaurants and other downtown attractions just a short drive away. The owner was very responsive and super easy to get in touch with. We had a great trip and would love to stay in this charming home again!

We were very comfortable and happy in the little blue house.

This house is perfect for any family stay. Our baby had surgery at primary children's hospital and it was the perfect place for us to relax and for her to recover. It was clean, and everything was impeccably taken care of. They even got back to us and confirmed the reservation in one hour after we booked it.
