The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

This property is absolutely breathtaking — definite “wow” factor when you walk in!SUPPLIES: So many beach supplies — chairs, big sun umbrellas, beach towels, sun hats, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, kids’ floaties, and even tennis racquets with balls. Too many to list!KITCHEN: Super well stocked with everything you’d need to cook a gourmet meal.LANAI: Our favorite spot! It’s spacious with plenty of comfy furniture. We ate all our meals out there, relaxed on the loungers, and watched the stars at night while listening to the waves. Pure bliss.KNUTSON: Very attentive and responsive. I probably messaged them a few too many times with questions, but they were always kind and quick to reply.No doubt we’ll be booking this property again the next time we visit Kona.Thank you, Knutson!

Stunning views and great location

We enjoyed breakfast overlooking the ocean every morning. The location was convenient to Kona and lots of restaurants and shops. Plenty of room for us. There was a cooler, pool noodles, snorkeling gear and a boogie board which was nice. Pool area was great and the grounds are beautiful.

Fantastic views great location

Loved staying here for a week on Hawai’i! Cannot beat the views from the condo. Loved getting to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. Gorgeous grounds and friendly neighborhood. Good location for a jumping off point every morning.

This condo location is spectacular. The views from the lanai are incredible. Even though it rained most of our stay. We’ll be back. Just not in February. 😊 We highly recommend this spot for vacation.

The best rental experience you can have

We really love this property. Furniture, cleaning, community and best of all is sunset. This unit location is the best. Sitting in the corner and right at the edge of the water, such a beautiful place. Love to come back again in 2 year.

Graduation trip

We loved this property, it was just like the photos. The location was fabulous, the view was amazing! It was a perfect place for a family of four. The only problem was the kitchen only had 4 salad and 4 dinner plates which meant we had to run the dishwasher a lot. Otherwise it was a perfect place.
