Fantastic oceanfront unit. Enjoy watching dolphins, whales, and the beautiful sunset from your private lanai or the calming sound of the surf while sipping a cup of Kona coffee at breakfast. Feel the soothing ocean breeze in this 2 bedroom 2 bath Sea Village unit. The master bedroom has air-conditioning for additional comfort and a comfortable queen sized bed. The second bedroom also has air-conditioning and 2 twin beds.

This unit has been lovingly upgraded for the enjoyment of our guests. We are sure you'll be pleased with the renovated kitchen, walk-in tiled showers, new appliances, beds with high quality mattresses, lanai furniture, and much more.

You won't hear traffic noise from Ali'i Drive in this unit. Located in building one, the unit provides an unobstructed view of Kailua Bay on one side and backs into a beautiful green courtyard. There are no windows facing a parking lot. Take a look at our photos to get a feel of the complex and how conveniently we are located relative to the pool/hot tub and bbq area.

Your stay will have all the amenities of home including a fully stocked kitchen and fun-in-the-sun beach gear like boogie boards, beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach towels, snorkelling equipment, and coolers for beer and/or groceries.

For those guests travelling with small children, we provide a crib/playpen, booster chair, stepping stool, assorted beach toys, and a baby boogie board.

Very convenient being close to downtown Kailua Kona, yet when we entered the Condo grounds, were far from the noises of tourism, and in our own haven of tropical relaxation. My sister's children live on the Island, so we would hit the beaches all day, then have a family meal at the condo for everyone most nights. Surprised and pleased to find beach supplies, a full kitchen with useful small appliances, cold fridge, nice furniture.

We had a wonderful week at 1202 over Christmas 2017

The views from the balcony look exactly like the photos. Breathtaking sunsets and beautiful relaxing morning with coffee watching the boats and swimmers in the water.

The condo had plenty of room for the 4 of us (2 teenagers and 2 adults). We especially appreciated the extra water equipment such as snorkelling gear and body boards.

The location is quite convenient to travel around the island as it is close to many of the attractions such as Captain Cooke and Volcano National Park.

My husband rented a bike and went for rides most days and I could run along Ali'i Drive so it was very convenient for exercise. The girls could walk into town as it was roughly 15 minute walk to shops and Gelato!

Thanks for a wonderful vacation in 1202!

Spectacular Lanai Views

This unit is well equipped and nicely updated. The views from the lanai cannot be beat and the way the lanais are staggered there is good privacy. The location is also great in that it is only about a mile walk into downtown Kona. The only recommendation we would have would be more comfortable furniture/seating in the living room.

Ocean Front Indeed!

The view from the balcony alone deserve five stars. The waves crashing the sea wall is pretty cool. We stayed there for four days and we even saw a group of dolphins from balcony. Owner put everything that you might need for beach. Amenities are all good. In the bedrooms you won’t hear any waves when you close the door. WiFi is great . Nothing to complain. It’s a very good experience all around staying at this place.

The Sea Village Is Perfect

The location is great, 15 minute walk to Huggos . Great views. Pool is awesome for kids. Boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach towels, big and small coolers. Air conditioning units are a bonus.

Great lanai, spinner dolphins showed up at 7:00 and stayed till noon. Go play with them.

New washer dryer, and snorkel and fins,coolers,air in bedrooms. New towels,some spices( bring your favorites) great group by the BBQ. Full fan (in bedroom) was used in hallway because it was very hot there.Buy groceries at Safeway for dinner and breakfast ( beef was great) and have breakfast in condo. We did the Manta night snorkel and it was worth every penny. Fairwinds morning snorkel and lunch was great also.

.Parking is pricy downtown so uber(Armen was wonderful) and not worry about the drive home. Owners left dish soap, 5 clothes washing pellets (bring more if you have a large group) dishwasher soap, and hand soap. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, Tupperware, chip clips and wine stoppers. Quite neighbors during our stay. Loved this condo and location. My husband jumped into the water from the point in front of the pool but I wasn't that brave. Many were.Owners called to check on washer and dryer and were very helpful. Would return in a heartbeat.
