This 1 level, four bedroom luxury condo, located in the heart of Avon, is a short walk to the Riverfront Express Gondola or the transportation center to access the ECO bus into Vail. Restaurants, Yoga/Pilates studio, grocery store, library and Nottingham Lake/park are all easily accessible by foot at this location. Located in the Lodge at Avon Center, you’ll have quick access to Italian, American and Chinese restaurants.

The Ensuite Bath features a single vanity, toilet and walk-in shower. The Bunk Room features two Twin over Queen Bunk Beds, Large TV with Cable, Ceiling Fan and Ensuite Bath. The Ensuite Bath features a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination.

A Washer and Dryer is available in the building, but not in the unit itself. Laundry Facility is located on the same floor near the elevator vestibule and requires an app via a smart phone.

All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office.
