Look out across the bay from the expansive deck extending over the bay at this newly renovated beach house on Georgian Bay. Fully accessorized, pet friendly this 2 bedroom house includes a full kitchen, bathroom with indoor shower, main bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with double and single bunk beds. living room is equipped with wood burning fireplace and propane wall heater for the winter stays. Close to snowmobile trails, great ice fishing, and beautiful trails for snowshoeing.
Outside enjoy a fire-pit overlooking Twelve Mile Bay, in the summer months full docking system with 2 boat slips available, Kayaking, Canoeing, Paddle-boating, Fishing, Paddle-boarding and so much more!
Plenty of parking space available and wonderful for family getaways!
Available for minimum week long stay @ $3000. Please message to inquire about reservations.

Grea family get away!

Had a wonderful stay at this location, can’t say enough how friendly and helpful the hosts were. I would recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed! Would rank it 6 stars if it would let me :)

Relaxing stay

The property is wonderful, a great location overlooking the water. There were many amenities available to us, kayaks, canoe, fire pit. The hosts were very friendly and accomodating. Overall we had a vey enjoyabl 5 days. Doug & Linda Moore

Fantastic cottage!

This is a beautiful cottage for a small family. The location is charming and inviting. The pond was a highlight for our child and us. The fire area was so comfortable and relaxing. The cottage put you in the vacation mode with its decor and views! the hosts are fantastic people who maintain a beautiful property and were very helpful with anything we needed.
