The Space:
This contemporary, multi-level residence boasts an excellent location, just a brief 5-minute drive from the beach. Adorned with earthy tones and stunning natural wood furnishings, the entire house is drenched in abundant natural sunlight, creating a serene yet revitalizing ambiance that varies throughout the day. The bedrooms offer generous closet space. Step out onto the rooftop terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, to embrace the refreshing morning air while savoring a cup of coffee or unwind after a day at the beach with a cocktail or mocktail. Witness the mesmerizing sunset over the ocean and watch as the city lights flicker to life.

The main features of the 180 sqm house:

- An open floor plan that welcomes you with loads of space and natural light that permeates the space. The SITTING AREA on the main floor offers a 3-person sofa, armchair, and small coffee table. There’s a half bath on the main level of the home as well.

- A fully-equipped KITCHEN that features quality appliances, beautiful countertops, gorgeous wood cabinetry, and everything you’ll need to prepare meals at home. This is great for saving money or if you’re on a special diet. Of course, we didn’t forget a coffee maker to help get your day started and a blender for those afternoon mixers!

- An absolutely exquisite natural wood DINING TABLE to enjoy home-cooked meals and good conversation.

- This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom house can accommodate up to 8 guests as such:

Guest Access:
This is a self-check-in property. As you enter the security gate, they will ask you for your name and ID to confirm the reservation. Then proceed to the house. At the front door, there is a digital keypad.

The property is approximately 17 km | 10.5 mi from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 198 km | 123 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

We offer a private shuttle service from either airport. It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfer. However, there are other means of public transportation, like the bus or other shuttle services. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).

We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:
- Close the faucet while you wash your dishes
- Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands
- Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering
- If you use the washing machine, please wash only when you have a full load

We provide some complimentary essentials upon arrival, such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Just note that these are not replenished. You will also find some basic cleaning supplies in the laundry room.

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

Please note if you lose any bath towels, the cost to replace each is $20 USD.

Guests must climb stairs to reach the upper level and roof terrace.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.

Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. Dishes without food should be left inside the dishwasher. A default will cause a $20.00 USD fine.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.

Please note that the pool is not heated.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit and the use of any recreational drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

To ensure full transparency, we want to let you know that the upkeep of common areas is managed by the complex administration. While we strive to provide an excellent experience, the condition of these areas is beyond our control. By sharing this in advance, we aim to keep your expectations aligned and maintain the high standards we are committed to.

Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.

As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith and guests would be responsible for covering the fees.

Very nice, clean and spacious home. Perfect for larger groups as there is plenty of room and nice distribution of beds with every room having their own private bathroom. Highly recommend and the property manager Angel is very responsive and fast.

We loved our stay

This was a great house. It was very clean. The location was great. Beautiful views of the ocean. The community area was really. My kids loved having a bathroom in their room. We would definitely stay again. I had a few questions leading up to, and during our stay, and the owner was immediately responsive and helpful.
