This is a great little house. It has modern amenities and looks as though it was recently remodeled. Plenty of space for parking, nice back yard, nearby restaurants and conveniences.

Great quiet stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was cozy and very quiet! We will definitely stay again! Check in was so simple! Loved the big back yard for our dog. Location was super convenient and we felt right at home. My only recommendation would be to make the shower hotter. You will definitely enjoy this property. It’s a must stay near Chicago!

Quaint home away from home

House is located close to pretty much anything you could need. You’re close enough to Chicago to enjoy it but far enough away to avoid all the traffic. Very quiet neighborhood overall. The house is very well maintained and very clean.

Great location and had everything we needed

Great 2 bedroom place with a kitchen and bathroom. Wood burning fireplace is a definite plus! Great location for easily exploring the area. Very comfortable beds. Quiet and relaxing even with traffic outside. Didnt notice traffic sounds when inside. Excellent for a 2 friend getaway weekend.

We stayed at the comfort retreat due to the proximity to my cousins house. If we were not up and out every day, it would not have been a very ideal stay. The walls are thin and location noisy. The house smelled like mildew. The beds were incredibly cheap and uncomfortable. Overall, not a big fan and would not stay there again

Family Vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Chicago and would definitely come back to visit this wonderful city and property. Our Communication with the property manager was not only appreciated but he was understanding and respectful. We had a few requests and not only did he meet them but delivered them personally. The home was comfortable and in a safe comfortable community. We were in access of everything needed or a short drive away. We thank you for having us !

Nice Property

Overall our stay was nice. We had a few minor issues with the keypad for check in/out, but the property manager was very responsive to all requests. The atmosphere was very welcoming. It would of been nice to have a complimentary nespresso pod or grounded coffee especially after a long day of travel. It would of been nice to have a large trash can with provided garbage bags. These are simple suggestions to make the stay a little easier especially with a famy.

Perfect Cottage in a Gorgeous Neighborhood

Property was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is on the main road but the house is set far enough back from the road that traffic noise is not an issue. I did have a minor issue of not being able to get into the property due to the door code not working. Michael, the property manager, responded very quickly and resolved the situation within just a few minutes of my call.

A good homebase

The house worked for what we needed it for (visiting family with not enough room for us). It was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Besides the construction occurring out front, the neighborhood is quiet and nice. It is also located near just about anything you may need. If you are bringing a dog, check the fence for holes. We didn’t and our dog got out. Thankfully, we were out there and were able to catch him. Overall, our experience was positive.
