Just a mile west are the wonderful facilities for Sun Valley Resort. Bring the provided passes to enjoy amenities like pools. Throughout the area, you can go biking, running, hiking, fishing, boating, swimming, and horseback riding. In winter, choose from Sun Valley, Dollar Mountain, or Bald Mountain for Nordic and downhill skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and snow angel-making.

When the sun is out, gather on the furnished deck with a gas grill that's great for cooking up a fresh trout. Head inside to watch the game on the den TV, or head up to the living and dining area for conversation while you stream music on your phone. Flick on the gas fireplace if you just spent the day skiing, and share stories over hot toddies you fixed in the well-appointed kitchen.

Start off your day with a smoothie or a freshly ground cup of joe, thanks to the blender and coffee grinder in the kitchen. With a dishwasher and plenty of storage space, you won't be shy in stocking up on food and cooking away. Gather around the table for a post-dinner game of poker or an old-fashioned parlor game.

Upstairs is where you'll find the quiet sleeping accommodations, including a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a guest room with two twin beds. All of the beds have brand new memory foam mattresses as of July 2020, and there's a new queen sleeper sofa in the den as well. A total of six will sleep well here. A full bathroom upstairs and a shower on the lower floor will help you get ready faster.

You'll even have a private washer and dryer for freshening up your vacation gear, and WiFi for your convenience as well.

When you want to explore a different part of the area, head over neighboring Ketchum where you'll find breweries, the Ketchum Arts Festival in July, as well as galleries and jewelry shops. Visit the Ore Wagon Museum or, if you're traveling with children, go to the Rainmaker Splash Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
