The space
As you enter the Private Gated, Ocean front Golf resort property with 7 kms of untouched private beach. You will see the beautiful Macaws fly over head and the sound of the ocean waves hit the beautiful volcanic sands.

We hope your stay and experience will be amazing. We've created a beautiful, relaxing, and modern space. Quality window coverings, beautiful paint, upgraded furnishings, an organized kitchen, and much more make your stay exceptional.

This Modern Villa is a 1 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with a private pool.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, each room has its own temperature control. There are 2 full bathrooms, including a private ensuite in the master bedroom.

Granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. Modern tile throughout to keep the home cool and look amazing. The laundry room is located in a separate room, eliminating noise and heat in the villa.

Sliding patio doors off the kitchen, and huge windows in each bedroom and living room allow for lots of natural light.

The backyard offers a private plunge pool, patio furniture with 6 seat dining set, an outdoor patio furniture lounge set, and a Stainless Steel BBQ.

**There is a custom-made beautifully lit rancho (gazebo) in the backyard with a private pool and an outdoor eating area that seats 6, an oversized patio chair with comfy cushions on the patio, and a custom outdoor sectional sitting area.
**Garbage is picked up every day, but Sunday.

This villa holds 6 guests maximum, (including children)
If you have a larger family or are traveling with a group, we can help you rent another villa, onsite, with the same layout for your additional guests. Please ask when booking if you require more villas. Please do not bring more guests than you booked as security will turn them away.

Must be 25 years or older to book this villa.

As of July 1st, 2020, Costa Rica has a 13% VAT tax on all Airbnb Bookings. We have included that in the price

You have full access to the Tennis/Basketball court during your stay.
You will have to bring your own sports equipment other than what we have listed that we have here for you.

GOLF: Golf club rentals and Golf carts are available at the clubhouse.
The normal round is $120 US for 18 holes including Golf cart.
Golf Club Rental is $40 US per person.

A large Clubhouse with a pool is available for our guests as well.

The entire villa is yours including the bedrooms, bathrooms, full laundry, kitchen, living room, backyard, private pool, and 1 car parking

Included in your rental is WIFI and Netflix

The super safe Gated community had family's from all over Canada, the US, Europe and the CR. It's close to eveything you will need including car rentals, groceries, shopping, fresh bakeries, butchers and more.

You have easy access to a World Class Golf Range, (across the street) many beaches, waterfalls, hiking trails, amazing restaurants and nightlife. Or just chill at you private backyard pool or at the beautiful beach.

Los Delfines Golf and Country Club is a Gated community located between Curu National park and Cabo Blanco Natural Reserve.
A 15 min boat ride is Tortuga Island, a must see for Snorkeling/Scuba and other water sports including an icy drink on white sands and crystal clear water.

Other things to note
We will be available and in contact with you from your first question and booking to the completion of your stay. We will set you up with access to the gated community and let the Security Guards at the gate know you will be arriving. (if you have a change of arrival time or date please let us know asap)
We can let you know all about what the area has to offer and we are available 24/7 through AirBNB messages. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have and can help recommend activities, restaurants, etc. If traveling from an international country to Costa Rica, we can send you information on car rentals, shuttle buses, private drivers, directions, etc. we are more than happy to help.

Other things to note
Children are welcome but must be fully supervised by adults as the backyard pool is not fenced in.

*Children and babies are to be included in the guest headcount.

*Pets allowed - by request only

*Quiet time is 10 pm-7 am daily

*No parties allowed on the property. Noise and loud music are not permitted.

*1-day guests are allowed to visit.

*Overnight guests must respect neighbors.

The community is on one of the best beaches in all of Costa Rica and is a 2 min walk to your villa.

Bring home fresh fish and shellfish from the local fish markets. Fresh fruit and vegetables at local markets. Everything you need or want is within minutes of the community.

We find it very common when walking the 125-acre area to see wildlife including Monkeys, Scarlet Macaws, White-Tailed Deer, and too many birds to list. Bring your camera. Located within walking distance you can enjoy a world-class golf course, The clubhouse has a convenience store, and the rental equipment is excellent if you want to leave your clubs at home. Bring lots of balls.

Play tennis? walk to the tennis courts

Are you an avid Fisherman? Book an offshore sportfishing excursion. Boats up to 35 ft. leave the port daily, with their experienced captains who know the best spots for big game fish. Some days there are yellow and black-fin tuna, lots of red snappers, grouper, marlin, and mahi-mahi.
