We welcome you to enjoy your time away. "BEAUTIFUL" vacation home in Cape Coral, Florida. This home has been newly remodeled 2024 will comfortably sleep 8. Large well-stocked kitchen with big island and coffee station. When you should choose to eat in or grill those steaks and fresh fish outside on the lanai on your new propane barbeque. eat poolside or perhaps company's coming for dinner - no problem. You can entertain inside around the conference sized dining room table. So many dining options right on your own property! We love the round table nestled in one corner of the den and other corner of den there's a desk. as well as a large 75" tv and oversized couch great for entertaining with family or friends - movies, sports etc. The formal living room has a large sofa couch with queen pull out bed and large glass sliding doors make for very relaxing quiet time, reading time, or 'me' time. The whole lanai area is spacious and user-friendly. The pool area has western exposure so you can start enjoying the sun fairly early in the morning on your huge, screened patio with heated private pool, a grilling and dining area with bar, and rest room accessible very convenient as well as yard totally fenced in yard for your own privacy. Take a refreshing swim or recline poolside with your favorite beverage, enjoy the most Beautiful Sunsets at days' end - either from the lanai or the privacy of your home Calm, silent and breathtaking. Master bedroom offers patio access big sliding glass doors that open to the pool area with cozy furnishings with a new king size Stern n Forster mattress and Pottery Barn Bedding. Spectacular master bathroom his n her vanity, large car wash shower, big tub, and personal rest area, including Real pretty & comfortable linens. One of the guest bedrooms has a new queen size mattress Stern N Forster, bureau, nightstands and desk other guest room has a king Prana mattress with 2 end tables, cabinet, chair and TV. The guest bathroom can also be accessed from either bedroom in the main hallway. The laundry room is indoors - its own room - which is another special feature. You do not have to go into the garage to do laundry as is common in Florida. Two of the bedrooms are on one side of the house and the master is on other side. Great for privacy and having one's own space while still being together under one roof. This is a none Smoking Home.

This is a great property. Everything is well maintained. This house has everything you could need.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to parks and nice areas to go for walks. There is a good variety of restaurants close by. The pool is wonderful, the owners are very attentive.

Wonderful Vacation

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our vacation right from the beginning. Eve & Jeff were excellent addressing any issues. They were quick to respond and very accommodating. The property exceeded our expectation. The furniture and decor were all updated and very comfortable including the beds. The master bed room was wonderful with a king bed, and the attached rest room has "his & Her" counter space, at least six feet long, a very large bath tub and a roomy walk in and walk out shower. The house was well equipped including the kitchen and linens. The pool and the lanai area have new chairs, tables and a brand new barbecue gas grille. The pool and lanai area could not be better. We found our vacation home was also very close to shopping, grocery stores and restaurant. A seven eleven is very close for groceries and gasoline for the car. Last but not least we found the neighbor hood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. We really had every thing we needed. I would highly recommend this home and look forward to return in the future. Thanks again Eve & Jeff

Cape Coral Disappointment

First of all, we were not going to send in a review, but the more we thought about it, the more we realized that we should. I look at all reviews before I purchase a product, go to a restaurant or hotel, or stay anywhere for any length of time. My husband and I had never been to Cape Coral, but went with an open mind. We like to bike ride, and were surprised to see that the only biking trails were on Parkways, which were on the highways and roads, and there were no beaches nearby. Although the house was decorated beautifully, the furniture was very uncomfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We never used the pool due to the fact that it wasn't clean. The pool guy came once or twice during our stay only to add chemicals. There was a huge 70" TV screen, but we only got about 8 stations. The yard was in need of some work. We met with Eve upon arrival, and she gave us a tour of the house. We needed to contact her on several occasions, and she tried to be accommodating, but didn't have the best attitude. We weren't disappointed that we left 2-1/2 weeks early due to the corona virus, so we could get back to our comfortable home. We feel as though we paid too much money for what we experienced.

PERFECT GETAWAY FROM WINTER!!!

EVE'S HOME WAS EXACTLY WHAT MY HUSBAND AND I WANTED WHEN WE FLED CHICAGO IN JANUARY 2019. GREAT LOCATION, VERY HOMEY, PERFECT FOR GUESTS WHEN THEY CAME TO TOWN AND STOCKED WITH EVERYTHING IMAGINABLE. WE NEVER HAD TO GET TO EVE FOR ANYTHING BECAUSE IT WAS LITERALLY ALL IN THE HOUSE. THIS END OF CAPE CORAL WILL BE VERY POPULAR IN THE COMING YEARS SO IF YOU SEE THIS PROPERTY AND LIKE IT, IT'S A GREAT SPOT. THANKS EVE FOR A WONDERFUL 3 MONTHS!

Peaceful Escape

I want to thank Eve and Jeff for allowing us to rent their home. We spent three weeks there and loved every minute of it. The house it self was beautiful and very well maintained. The kitchen was large and equipped with everything we needed to cook meals and pool area was the perfect place to enjoy them. During our stay we had no problems with anything yet Eve and Jeff made sure to check in with us to see if we had everything we needed. The location of the house is ideal. Just down the street is a Publix and a McDonalds, a beautiful play area for kids, several restaurants and a 7-11 at the corner for gas and incidentals. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

In need of better maintainance

My wife and I joined up with relatives from the U.K. at this home who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary . The home is tastefully decorated but needs attention to better maintenance, e.g. cleaning. The provided additional bed linen needs to be updated.The lanai pool needed constant cleaning due to missing net in the roof of the lanai. the filters were set on a timer and did not come on often enough to do the job. We were disappointed, but the owner has contacted us since our return home to find out what our experience of the home was like. He apologized and promised to attend to all mentioned problems for future rentals.

What makes this property unique

Something a little unique is that u can almost split house in half n share kitchen with another couple. Just by putting a shower tension rode up with curtain between formal living room and den also the hallway that takes u into main part of home.
