The Sugar Hill Resort Community is located in St. James on the West Coast of Barbados. It is a private resort community and has easy access to the amenities of Holetown, which includes banking, shopping, and restaurants.

5 Coconut Ridge at Sugar Hill is well appointed semi-detached villa which offers the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the company of family and friends in its tropical surroundings. With its westerly views of the Caribbean Sea, enjoy the beautiful sunsets, while sipping a cocktail around the private plunge pool. This three-bedroom en-suite property has been superbly furnished and offers luxury living at its best. Two-bedroom suites are located in the main house, and the third in the guest cottage.

A stay at Coconut Ridge automatically provides membership at the nearby Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club, ideally situated on one of the west coast’s most beautiful beaches and offering access to water sports, beach restaurants, as well as loungers, umbrellas and beach bar service.

This can be rented as 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms.
