Great property. I liked that it was a smaller property and low key, away from the busyness but in close proximity to everything. View was beautiful. Beach was wonderful. Unit was spacious and comfortable.

Anniversary Trip

The property was nice and in a great location. We enjoyed being close to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Also, Jesse (beach chairs and umbrellas) was very nice and helpful, as well. We will definitely be back for a stay.

This unit made our beach vacation perfect! An unparalleled view of the ocean and a pristine 2 bedroom unit that included everything we needed just as advertised. I plan to go back again and again! Thanks for making our stay easy and seamless.

Comfortable and Clean

Family of 4, with kids 9 and 12. This was a nice comfortable unit for the 4 of us. The beach was not crowded in front of the building even on July 4th week. We used the beach service chairs all week. Pool was clean and area kept nice by HOA. 4th floor unit made taking the stairs easy right down to the beach even though there is an elevator. Lots of good restaurants around and close to shopping and arcade. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! Thanks!!

Beach Stay

It’s a nice clean area. This building and the neighbors buildings are smaller (5-8 stories) so we never had to fight for a spot on the sand. It’s a bit inconvenient to walk to most restaurants but a very short drive. Some very nitpicking things like the A/C runs (loudly) from sun up to midnight, using the oven totally overwhelms it. The laundry is card for wash but coin for dry lol.It’s far cheaper to buy a pop up canopy & cheap chairs at walmart than renting them 3rd party on the beach (51/day for 2 chairs & umbrella).Hopefully these tips help. Overall it’s a great deal for your . The beach and water were great!

Beautiful Beachfront condo

Great ocean view at this beachfront condo. It was convenient to shopping, grocery store, restaurants and just steps to the amazing beach. Very comfortable place to relax and well stocked with all we needed.No beach towels provided or laundry in the condo but we were told in advance and came prepared. Laundry available just outside the unit if needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and in good shape.If I had one thing to recommend it would be to put a sign or something on patio door to alert to the large edge you have to step over,I felt like this was a tripping danger.Also we were not sure how to get more towels for the room.There were enough towels provided for one shower only for everyone,that doesn't work if you stay more than one day.But overall this was a very good place to stay.

great stay, close to the beach, great pool. The kids loved it and we all enjoyed our stay.

Property was clean, well kept and the gates always worked. Beach chairs were available. Restaurants were nearby, great location and convenient.

Wonderful, Relaxing Time

This rental was as advertised! Beds were comfortable and the condo was nice and clean. It is convenient to the restaurants & shopping. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect for our family

This beautiful property was the perfect spot for my daughters' first trip to the beach. The balcony had beautiful views, we even saw a dolphin! They loved the pool and my husband and I loved the quick easy walk to the beach. The rooms were cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely come back to this place next time!

Calm & relaxing

We had a great week! Loved that this is a smaller complex so there is plenty of room at the beach and it was not crowded. The location was good and so close to good restaurants. It was a calm and relaxing place to stay - just what we needed.

Beautiful View

First time in Miramar-it was a great beach-condo is huge and beautifully decorated. Has everything you need and more. Restaurant in walking distance. Private gated entry. Quiet evenings, comfy mattress. Cant wait to repeat a longer stay next year. Thanks Chris!!

True vacation!

First time staying in Miramar Beach & we loved everything about it!! It was easy working with Chris with our rental at Huntington By The Sea. We stayed here with my sister & her husband & we were all impressed with the cleanliness, the small private property & the prompt reply from Chris when we had a question. We are looking forward to our next vacation here!
