This house with a private pool and hot tub really met our vacation needs with 16 people. A lot of sleeping options that allowed for privacy for all people. A beautiful home with comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen and central location that made for easy access to Sunriver activities.

The place was perfect for our family vacations, parents, adult children, and grandchildren, a total of 13 in all. all four families had plenty of private and public space. Having a pool was a hit with the 5 grandchildren as they were active from morning tell night. I plan on renting it again!

Inside was generally nice. Location was great. A few problems inside, mostly reported during out stay. Broken lamp in one of downstairs bedrooms, oven door does not fully close, several light bulbs burned out in tract lighting.Outside it was a disaster!! Pool was not clean and hadn't been cleaned for at least a week with water below the top step. Spa was also very cloudy. Backyard patio table was filthy, hadn't been cleaned in weeks. BBQ grill was disgusting. We were unable to use the pool for the first three days, and the regular pool guy NEVER did come out to check it out, delegating to the spa guy who was great, but usually did not service pools. As I told the management people, we need a refund to cover the UNUSABLE pool and spa for half of our stay. You can't advertise having a heated pool and then have the pool unusable. That is simply unacceptable!!!

Great house. in 20 years of VRBO rentals for our reunions this house had the best stocked kitchen with quality pots, pans and utensils. plenty of room. Kids loved the pool and hot tube.

Our Sun River vacation, staying at Augusta 3, was great! The home was very inviting. Our check in was seamless. It was easy to access the property and we were asked if anything needed to be addressed upon arrival. We were a large extend family and ate primarily at the house. The kitchen was well appointed with all of the needs to prepare, serve and dine. The house was also very spacious, providing room for quiet time as needed.

Great house! We’ve stayed here before and couldn’t wait to return. We are a family of 16 (10 adults and 6 kids) and this house has plenty of room for us. Best part - a private pool!Check in is so easy - you get a code for the door via text when the house is ready. It’s exactly as pictured in the photos. The kitchen has everything you need for feeding a big group. Gas BBQ is also great. Nice to have laundry on site, especially with kids. Beautiful setting and very close to Sunriver village. We’ll definitely be back for a 3rd stay!

Great spot for multi-generations!

This house has several different suites so a large group can enjoy a certain amount of privacy. We were 3 generations celebrating Thanksgiving. The location, close to the village was super - easy walking distance. Overall it was a great spot to stay!

Amazing location, great home

Pool Days

This was a great home for multiple families to stay. Perfect location close to the village with easy access to the paved trails. Our kids played in the pool all day and loved every minute of it. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Family Home

Wonderful home right on the golf course and so close to Sunriver Village. We had 16 people and there was plenty of room. The private pool was the icing on the cake!

Great stay

This property offered a good covid 19 vacation option. It was very clean, well maintained and lived up to descriptions. Pool was nice, as well as lots of options for in the house and local but safe entertainment. Some quirks (if you are looking for the microwave get down on your knees, and a toilet in a sea of carpet is strange) but what house doesn’t? Would definitely stay there again.

Walking distance to the Village

Extended family vacation with 15 guests. The property handled it well. Kids enjoyed the backyard pool. It's hard to find a single house that handles our group. We would definitely stay here again.
